Sodapoppin aint really the person who should be gauging who is and isnt a sweat. Although some are obvious.... As an actual sweat myself (top50parsing mage in classic 2019 mc to naxx with 11x 100's) I dont consider Sodapoppin a sweat.
His requirement was that you have attended raids before, if that is the bar then he is a sweat for sure

100 - IQ = Pirate faking into the sweats. 140 - IQ = Pirate Feeding intentionally to become a non Sweat for the raid. 200 - IQ = Content makers made content to have Pirate, the ultimate heel as a non sweat for the Raid so he can then clutch save the Raid for content.
