This isn’t “tone deaf” though, she obviously knows the proper rhythm and intonation, she just doesn’t have enough practice in modulating her voice and she’s she seems to be holding back in fear of being too loud. Still sounds great though
This just reminds me how much joy Hololive EN and by an extension Hololive JP and ID have brought me these past few months, and this year as a whole. I don't regret a single second falling into this glorious and wonderful hole.

I think it’s just a thing of learning how to hit higher octaves correctly, it feels like she’s not using her vocal cords to her fullest potential, she could probably be great with some training

There’s a lot of heart. It also makes her sound relatable, like how a lot of us would sing if we were to do a livestream karaoke. To quote a certain sweater wearing girl: “Karaoke isn’t about sounding good, it’s about sounding bad with the people you love”
