    This is really informative , as I have the Ap biology exam in a few days from now and I’ve been studying really hard and practicing solving enough past papers for the test . Thank you so much !! Also , just another question , so do I focus basically on the question format of the 2021 exam ??

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  2 года назад +3

      Yes! The format of the exam in 2022 is the same as 2021.

    I heard they took off the requirement in regards to digital tests with cameras on. Should we still prepare our webcams? Will the test be done through like a Zoom meeting? Your videos are really helpful!

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  3 года назад +4

      Nope- you’re right. They took that requirement away so no need to worry about cameras at all!

    One more question, if the FRQ asks you to "predict" or "identify," can I just state it in one sentence without providing explanation/reasoning and still get full credit? The scoring guideline does not have any explanations for those "identify" questions, and I wonder if writing it very short just like the guideline will give me full points.

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  3 года назад +4

      Yes, just the correct identification will be enough.

      Check out this section of my last minute review video. That should be helpful for graphing! ruclips.net/video/QeAKqVNxGgk/видео.html I'm also working on a video about long FRQs and graph tips, so stay tuned :)

    Do you know if I can get partial credit on the FRQ? for example a question has part b that is worth 2 points. For part b, they are asking to find a claim and to support it with evidence. I get the claim part correct but I cannot find the correct evidence. Can I get 1 out of 2 points or is it all or nothing?

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  3 года назад +2

      Yes! They do give partial credit on different sections of each question. For example, you can earn 0, 1, 2, or 3 points on one part of a long FRQ. They do not give half points however (like 1.5).

    can you skip around questions for the digital exam?

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  3 года назад +4

      As far as we know, you can only skip around on sections (a,b,c,d) of each question on the digital version. You’ll have to go in order by question though 😞

    My teacher says to label the part of the FRQ that you are answering. Example a. b. c.

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  3 года назад +3

      Yes! That’s a great strategy, especially for the long FRQs. Just make sure you’re writing in complete sentences when you respond to each section.

    In your opinion what do you think would be the easiest? taking the exam in person or online?

    • @LassetersLab
      @LassetersLab  3 года назад +1

      It really depends on what you're comfortable with, but I would say the in-person version would probably be a little less stressful and more predictable with the FRQs.
