Orlando is the best place to raise a family... I have four kids and you can't beat the schools, safety and beauty. Problem is, Orlando has sooo much to offer that 3 of my 4 kids have yet to see snow :) I Myself live in Lake Nona, before that I lived in Winter Garden and Windermere. Orlando is truly a gem
hi @patrickchilds5486, we have a client looking to live in Butler Sound. If you would consider selling if the price made sense, please give us ring or email. kris,kennedy@compass.com. thanks.
Hi Kris, new subscriber here. I enjoyed the content as it was very informative. Would you recommend buying right now? I may want you as my agent. Thanks
Hey, @kdel730 first, thanks for subscribing. Second, buying right now makes sense for some people and certainly doesn’t for others. There are many factors I’d want to understand before advising someone on that. Perhaps that is worth a conversation between us.

Hi @christianraburn, thanks for sharing. Good insight.
Really great summary for anyone who's starting to look for a place in Orlando! Especially for people not from Florida.
Appreciate your feedback!
I like the explanations and map references. This is helpful!
Glad to hear!
I live in Windermere in Lake Butler Sound. Moved here in 2013.
What a nice place to live! Well done.
