Thank you for this video and your work on synthesizers! Looking at the keys on the original POLIVOKS, they look like they are newer. Did you modify it?
I do very much appreciate the hard work put into this video, but in my opinion the Russian audio and the English audio compete too much with one another, therefore I hear too much interference when trying to listen in to the english audio. For your specific purposes using subtitles might be easier to work with since you don't have to record new audio and perhaps you can add them to the older videos therefore reducing the need to multiple versions of the same video for two languages. Also subtitles typically make it easier to retain the ideas and meanings from the original language, so if keeping detail from the original master class video is your goal, this is another advantage. Other than that I liked how you explained why the pitch bend wheel was omitted from the Polyvox as it's a very practical reason, reminds me of the utilitarian design philosophy of other soviet machines like the Krasngorsk-3.
Or just remove the Russian & leave the English? It's because they are the same Voice. It's confusing. When they do this on t.v., where there is the original Language being spoken & they lay the Translator's Vocal right over top of it... they use two distinct sounding Voices. Often they use a Translator of the opposite gender & also employ Audio Engineering Techniques to minimize confusion.
Andres, thank you! It was really hard to choose the right balance between languages. Once I've tryed to use automute... Next I'll try to install subtitles especially as I already have text I am reading in the video.
@@CaalamusTube I am workng now on subtitles and there will be only russian voice and english subtitles. It will be much better and this video I'll remove.

Два ваших голоса на русском тише и громче на english... Это так задумано?
