it's not the worst, at that time it was the best one.
Legend 22 was worse. This game was actually way ahead of its time and the beam struggle kicks ass compared to these newer games that dont have it
This is actually my first dragon ball game that I ever played and I was 12 or 13 it was in the late 90s. Put some respect on this game.
No way when this came out it was the best DBZ game to date. The graphics were way better too. Also was probably the first game to include ss4 that was available in America.
Facts
The worst is Dragon Ball Taiketsu. This is close, but not AS bad.

This and Legends were classics. This was the first 3D Z fighter with GT characters as a bonus. Great Ape Baby Vegeta. Gotta put some respect on this game especially for its time.
I quite enjoyed this back in the day.
It sure was a hidden gem, I couldn’t believe that I got a chance to play it at one of my classmates house.
@vicvic889 my dad managed to buy it for me in the early 2000s. Played it a bunch on the ps2
