As a Nigerian, I am happy that a Gambia who has the skills is building in Nigeria without his heritage being an issue!!!
    Africans should learn this!!!

You can't compare the flexibility of foreigners doing business freely in Ghana to that of Nigeria.

AFFORDABLE GOOD HOUSING FOR PEOPLE.❤ I am a South African, and i have been very concerned with the way property development has been going in Africa, although it's not so bad in my country. Everybody seems to be building "LUXURY" i dont understand who these developers are building for when majority of Africans cant afford these buildings, its really a disheartening situation. They are creating a situation where there is extreme poverty and extreme wealth nothing in between.

Wow 🎉🎉🎉 this is great thinking. This venture is so great that all the African countries should borrow a leaf to fight housing shortages in our towns/cities. God bless such minds.

    Peace Wode Maya
It would be nice if every African country unite railways at the border or even United railways to build a strong and strong and stronger railway for connecting at the borders plus all of the scenic views. They might not be able to connect but that would be nice to transfer at the borders. What do you think about that ?
