I remember seeing 1/75 thinking the Algo would favor you again. Kinda bummed to see the channel didn’t blow up, keep pushing soosh, don’t let the numbers prevent you from keeping the content coming.
just cooked a grass fed/finshed steak, half an avocado, 1/3 cucumber, 3 eggs, 2 pieces of beef bacon after my first 12 hour nurse intern shift. Thank you soosh for helping me go down this road with you. There is nothing better than eating like this.
Usually I dont comment on videos, but I really love your dialed series. Its been a huge inspiration for me. I have Hashimotos disease and love bodybuilding. About a year from now I started doing whole foods and it helps with my symptoms at the same time as I can get progress in the gym. It's kinda fucked, but most bodybuilders are doing ultra proxessed shit. It's really nice to get another perspective and inspiration. Thanks!
I love the switch up from blasting roids and binging anabars, too running and eating animal based, proud of you soosh for real you have come a long way in front of all our eyes.
sooooooooosh, i watched u in the og og and always loved related to your content. I have stumbled upon u again this year and am so happy to see how your doing. I feel like we have both grown and matured so much i can relate to this style of content in now. i love this style of soosh, keep it up!
Unprocessed foods, wide variety of fruits and vegetables, meats in moderation, fiber and fermented foods, and intermitted fasting (or basically letting your body fully clear up and rest) is what works for me. While animal products are very nutricious, there is still limited scientific research on the longer-term outcomes of full animal-based diets. Not saying they are good or bad, but moderation is always key. Just ditching added sugars and processed shit is most important.
Like Brandon says, it’s easy to adjust this kind of diet for cutting. And because you’re eating Whole Foods it’s still very satiating and makes dieting way more sustainable than these high protein no fat gym bro crash diets out there. To give you an example, for my first meal of the day I will have 8 oz of 93/7 ground beef with 3 whole eggs, a medium sweet potato, cooked in zero calorie avocado oil spray. Sometimes I will follow up with Greek yogurt mixed with cocoa powder and monk fruit, 100g frozen berries. It’s a delicious combo
If you're gonna leave your steak out for a bit before cooking try salting it while waiting. I used to salt steak leave it overnight and it's game changing
Why the bulk of your carbs at night though? I get that you don’t want the crash during the day but seems like it would spike your blood sugar right before bed.
Soosh you should get your blood work done after the dial. I went on an all animal-based diet high in fat; not even as high as you and my cholesterol was insanely high just looking out for you bro
Having high cholesterol isnt directly correlated to negative health consequences, its the high cholesterol along w/ other health factors (mainly overall metarbolic health) that cause detremental affects. Someone like soosh is more then likely going to be fine unless he has something genetic that nerfs him but its highly unlikely. His panel should be fine apart from elevated cholesterol tbh
i wonder what the science is about the fact that i can eat ground beef eggs and steaks everyday without being sick of it i still enjoy the taste and everything and ive been basically eating the same thing for 3 years now lmao
I never understood why people did carnivore/animal based. The person doing animal based + Leafy greens is going to outperform 10/10 times. Should just do unprocessed. You're missing out on a lot of healthy greens and carbs. Honey spikes insulin so fast sometimes it's good to air fry up some 'tatoes. Maybe give it a try after 75 and see how you feel.

Gotta get a grill for the steaks. I’ve switched over from cast iron since it’s been nice out and the taste is insane
