We have changed Meteor 350's rear suspension with old Classic 350's suspension.
Meteor's suspension is very stiff/hard, we can easily feel the bumps.
Keeping your tyre pressure low is not a good idea all the time.
So this is the permanent solution for this issue.
Very easy installation process.
You can feel the difference immediately.
The pair of original rear suspension costed me around Rs.2500
Fitting Charges : Rs.200.
One of the best explained video about retro fit shock observer for Meteor 350. Royal Enfield did stiff suspension due to stability on highway as its a natural cruiser. Since cruiser bikes are not suited for Indian road, we find a miss balance between comfort and category. There's no harm to change it to classic shockers but please do most stiff settings when you cruising highway for longtime or better judgement if you find your own settings good. I am going to buy a pair and change it my own.

I got the part from RE official accesories store listed on their website. The part number you mentioned is the chrome variant, there is a black version too but I got the chrome variant which looks slightly off since I have a Fireball red. Regarding comfort, after fitting these a lot of uneven roads and deformations are filtered but still you got to be careful with big potholes. Thanks for the video ❤

After changing the suspension, will the bike touch the high pointed humps or bumper which we usually see on our Indian roads??
I have ridden approx 5k Km with them till now , on highway, some offroad and city as well. Didn't face that issue anytime.But again rider's weight also matters and pillion as well.

i booked my meteor from platiinum royal Enfield fatima nagar . . .may i know on delivery can they replace shockers (on charges basis ) ??? do chain cover touch with wheel ????
In Pune they don't do such modification in service center so no idea about it, you can try if you have good contacts they might do it , I did it from local shop and it doesn't touch wheel or chain cover doesn't touch to chain.

Yes they are original, but not sure if it will be compatible with Hunter.
Stock suspension ka setting change karke dakha tha kya?..farak padata hai ya nahi?

In your video I see you use the Royal Enfield shock part number 146347/F as the replacement shock. I live in the States and I cannot find that exact shock part number. But I can find 146347/E. Is it the same shock or close enough? Thank you so much for your help.

sir after bike purchase i feel rear suspension very hard shall i replce same one.is any warranty issue will not be happen.
You will feel the difference immediately once you replace.Regarding warranty I am not aware about it so i will not misguide you. But the suspension I have used are original RE spare part.
