It's Day 1500 (i think?) of lockdown in Paris and I can't figure out what to wear...to walk two steps in my tiny studio to my kitchen. But here I go, putting on all my favorite clothes (that I wear too much) to remind me that fashion does exist and that I do have style in this day and age of the dreaded corona.

Rule #️⃣1️⃣ There is no in between. It’s either oversized or undersized.
loose/tight fits are always amazing but imo you're really sleeping on belts (and buckle details!) and tailoring pants waists. like even if everything else is baggy it should at least fit your waist and sit where you want it to on the waist/hips, then everything looks more ~intentional~ and you don't have to pull things up

I'm a guy and I watch a lot of fashion videos on youtube but there isn't a lot for men's fashion on here so I watch a lot of women's videos. I take inspiration from what they're wearing (eg. texture, fit, color combinations, etc) and make it more masculine and my style. So I think you could do the same but the other way around if you're a woman watching this.
You can thrift half this stuff and look damn good pulling it off! Get it dude
There is a lot of second hand shops where you can buy plenty of clothes for pretty much nothing

are people really shocked by a man's nipples? I feel like even when a guy doesn't wear a super tight teeshirt you can sometimes see them but it's not odd? idk, I'm wondering, do guys get comments on that?
I've never thought twice about it if I saw a man's nipples through his shirt. Maybe it's different in other parts of the world? I'm British
Never really thought about it especially with men's nipples but neither men nor women's nipples shock me I guess it depends on the country, culture and how conservative the person is
I don't notice them. Honestly, i don't look below people's faces if i can try.
1) to know which coulours will look good on you, figure out your skin undertone (either warm or cool, Damon's VERY warm) and/or your "season". I recommend Justine Leconte's channel for that, it's where I got all my knowledge.
2) find the rules, know the rules, break the rules. Do what makes you feel good. 😊
Damon I know is been some time since you moved to your apartment, but I'm truly relieved to know you solved this issue before the lockdown. I can't imagine being in temporary housing or moving in during. I mean is possible but very stressful. Thankfully you had enough time to accommodate in a place you can call your own, even if you pay rent. Is still a huge difference compared to temporary housing. Is long therm comfort, less stressful. And I absolutely love your studio and how you decorated 😊

I completely relate to this video 😂 like 70% to 80% of my clothes are from the men section from charity shops and the rest of my clothes are either my old childhood cloths, that still fit me (girly has heck) or just my trousers, cause this little lady has a small waist.

When i was living in France i also used to think french people are so accepting of different styles and then i moved to the UK... I've seen things I can never forget, nothing is too much and no pattern mixing is crazy enough

i found your channel a month ago and was instantly pulled in by your sense of humour. i’m an extravert who’s been insanely lonely for the past year (my graduate studies abroad are an upsetting social flop), and the quarantine isn’t doing any favours to my rather painful social situation. your videos actually make me laugh, which is rare, and remind me that there are cool liberal people out there with real interests and great sense of humour, and i have yet to meet them once this is all over. so i just wanted you to know that you actually manage to make the days of this lonely 26 year old Lithuanian a little brighter.

thing is, prior to coming here i had got to know quite a lot of German people through travelling, and I always had the best experiences with them. the similarity in our mindsets was one of the reasons why i wanted to try living here. but i live in a 100 000 people student town now where i’ve had no luck with people whatsoever, german or expats, everything feels superficial and unfulfilling. i’m not blaming Germans or Germany, i think i’m just in a particular place where you have to be very lucky to find friends and i haven’t been lucky at all.
