Hi what studio monitors would you recommend? I’m gonna start a recording studio
Just curious, how do you get the artists to let you use their stuff for videos? Great to hear awesome sounding stuff on music tutorials
Some tracks happen to be my own demos so that’s self explanatory. But a lot of my videos use music from other artists that I’ve personally mixed and mastered, and gotten permission from them to use. I always respect the artist so I make sure I get their blessing, and thankfully these videos help further promote their music. Glad you’re digging it!!
Sir Can we use Bus compressor on a pre master bus with 2 or 3db Gain Reduction then Gain stage and blend our track in to a Compression??? Is this a right way please make one detailed video on this topic thankyou 🙏

You absolutely could if you prefer to break it down across multiple EQs! I prefer the high end of a Neve (or similar emulation) to the API personally. It really boils down to personal preference though! Shoot ‘em all out and see what your ear gravitates towards

do you add the dynamic eq right after you eq the vocals or after adding the compressor ?
Depends on the song, sometimes before, sometimes after, sometimes both. Best to use your judgement and when you hear/notice a problem, reach for the tool to solve it 👍🏻
So do you use all of these plugins simultaneously with each other?
Yes. You can use just one EQ, or multiple. Sometimes of course it’s easier to just use one, but I often EQ in steps and each one has its own unique sonic characteristics / saturation. There isn’t a hard rule or limitation except for the ones you impose upon yourself 🤘🏻 Hope this helps.

That’s impossible lol the only person using this song for these tutorials is me since I mixed it and my artist EverythingOShauN created it. We don’t share these files with anyone, unless they found a way to steal it

very misleading and false placebo effect issue.... bandwidth for all pultecs/emulations only affect the high frequency. lows have a fixed shelf...
Good note - but that doesn't discredit the recipe I provided (widening the Q after selecting the frequency and dialling in gain), nor does your note here apply to the other 3 EQs (non-Pultec) I used in this example. This is a very situational thing based on using the Pultec's alone.
Your comment here can be misleading as it would make you think the whole video is a throwaway, meanwhile one small aspect was overlooked yet the entire message still applies 10x.
I probably should've used a different EQ to start to demonstrate the recipe first but alas, here we are.
I didn't want to skimp over it because then that would be even more confusing when I pull up other EQs and do an entirely different process.

agreed. Hence why i stated particularly pultec/pultec emulations only. I understand and stated the false placebo because i went through that too prior to learning and fact checking it myself because we can mentally trick ourselves with sounds…etc. haha
my comment could be misleading so i specified because the example of moving and setting the q in the video had no sonic change at all, which is particularly misleading/confusing.
