I first understood Rick’s hesitation at the end in an entirely different way. I saw it as a moment of Rick accepting he’d already conquered his demons and taking pride in Morty for facing his own. Now I don’t know what to think.
@@LauraReactions I disagree. When Morty told him he would see Diane and it was not a good thing, he first frantically ran to see/talk to her again but he understood that it was not worth it. In the end, when he stood for a split second to look at the picture with his hands on his hips, it could be seen as a proud gesture. Someone else theorized that his greatest fear was no longer losing Diane, but rather losing Morty. There was no reason for him to "test his fear" (if it was Diane) cause what if he really wasn't able to leave, then Morty would be alone. Overall he made the best choice.
the hole helps you conquer your fear, whatever his fear is (whether it is losing diane or losing morty) he wasn’t ready to let go of that fear, hole diane said it best “that’s a good fear rick, keep that fear, if you don’t you’ll lose me”, he doesn’t want to lose whatever his fear is about
Well, time to spend the next few seasons wondering if Rick and/or Morty is still in that hole! 😅 Also, I think we've just witnessed the birth of Poopy Prime.....
it is interesting how Morty's subconscious was empathetic to Rick's behavior meeting Diane again. I mean, their connection was pretty good on Morty's nightmare
Hi. I'm watching your reactions probably for the fifth time 🤣 .. Will you also react to the next season if it will be released? 😁 Thank you for loving Jerry that much, even though Rick was right in the whirly dirly episode about Jerry playing a victim, he just needs more courage and higher self esteem.. if Beth would support him more I think he would have both😅 ✌️🙂
I could say just to brag, but I truly don't know. What could be my biggest fear and if I would go for it. Right now, with my actual mood after the bad weeks I spent, no, but on some regular days, yes I think.
@@LauraReactions a therapist might say that now would be the perfect time to go in or maybe say the opposite. You can never predict what a therapist might say. We can speculate till next season. I am sure that this will make a comeback in future episodes.

I understand your thought, but I'll totally stay with mine. His hesitation is a sad one, we can see it on his face, not a proud one imo.

@@davesenatus5566 ooh, just noticing this now. Thats fun.
... and let's be honest: Rick wouldn't be able to face his fear of pirates for Diane (lol 😂😂😂)

I don't think they are, as Morty's presumably real exit from the hole at the end was different from all of the fake ones.
10:19 Why did you think that Rick didn't follow Morty in the Hole???
Because when I don't see something with my own eyes, I'm gonna doubt of it. This rule saved me from a lot of fake deaths tears !
I loved this episode. I think it's probably one of my favorites of the whole show

RIck had a photo of Morty in his wallet, which is lovely. But Morty's fear is being replaceable.
How many photos of Morty does Rick have?

Oh, thank you a lot for that ! Yes, normally, count on me for the new season when it's gonna be out 😊
@@LauraReactions Yesssss 😁Thank you ✌️ regarding Rick and Morty you're the best reactor I found.. 😁
Would you go in and face your greatest fear?

I really wouldn't... there are 3 photos on that board! It's clearly not safe! I'm not risky enough for such a risky trip!

I'll just use that spell Remus Lupin taught us that turns something scary into something fun
greetings you are beautiful
