In this episode, I revisit Arogya Ahaara, an eatery that has caught the fancy of South Bengaluru’s denizens for its simple, straightforward philosophy of serving high quality, tasty nourishing fare at prices that do not pinch one’s pocket in the least. As a result, people throng here all times of the day, be it for breakfast, lunch, evening tiffin for dinner. This time around, I tasted their ‘dumdaar’ North Indian meal, priced at only Rs. 95 and the sort that provides tasty, well balanced sustenance and notably without sitting heavy on the stomach and lulling diners into a state of slumber. Though limited in its price, the meal packs plenty, a nourishing lentil preparation, paneer curry, choice of breads, palav, freshly cut salads, raitha, a lassi and even a dessert in the form of a modestly-sized motichoor ladoo. Hope you enjoy this episode; take care, stay safe and strong. Happy eating!

Kripal, what's one distinguish factor that gives a cross -regional food the identity from place to place and how do you define taste in a wholesome ?
There are many such gems across Bangalore. Udupi Aahar, next to Richmond Circle serves South and North Indian meals.

Describing the vegetarian or non veg dishes with the same passion makes Kripal ji a really successful and loveable food vlogger. He describes always every item wheather he is in any star hotel or in roadside dhaba. That's why I am a regular follower of his show. We also come to know that oh this restaurant is also in our city. Thank you Kripal ji and team. 😊🙏🙏
Appreciate your kind words, Sanjay. Thank you.
"How do you ask for some more?" -What a class act Krupal is? Always considerate of other people.
Great value for money, a north indian thali for just 95 rs and 85 rs for a similar south indian thali. A lot of such
restaurants/ food stalls exist in different parts of India, but very few are popular and known to the common
people, a big kudos to the influencers that find these amazing places which serve good quantity and quality of
hygienic looking food at such reasonable prices.
Student zones have such places. Even cheaper at times. But this looks best for the quality.
Great video on affordable vide and the anchor keeps the audience hooked with his commentary on the various delicacies.
Scintillating video. The commentary kept me hooked and interested in the video. Lovely jubbly.
Well researched and well explained video, can't wait to try this out the next time im in Bangalore!!
This aarogya aahara which is healthy for life kripal sir not only do videos for famous breakfast and lunch 😋 but also healthy foods thanks for making such wonderful videos sir
Amazing review, need more RUclipsrs to find these kinda food outlets and help them get the recognition they deserve
Best and positive definition I heard about the word Cheap.❤️ More love and respect to you and your speaking style sir.😍
Very nice. Will visit definitely. Thank you,Kripalji
The review on different specialities of North and South delicacies was really good and the video was engaging overall.
Absolutely great value for money and it's delicious to the core, while being healthy! Aarogya ahara is the best!
This is all what most of people want for a typical sumptuous meal. Excellent value.
a great coverage of the food in the plate, this made me crave some north indian food
Hello Kripal, This is great food which is value for money. My experience as so far in Kengeri as well as Rajajinagar in a few restaurants is that we have been paying around 175/- rs for a veg. north indian thali. Great discovery by you and your team Thanks a Lot. Looking forward for more restaurants to give us food at reasonable prices on par with our North Indian counterparts.
S.Rao each food enterprise has their own USP. This isn't a kind of Diner restuarant food. It's a quick service and on the go meal option. Hence, to compare the price with any other eatery won't make a difference. Respect others enterprise value offering and enjoy the hidden gems through Kripal's discovery.
Happy you enjoyed the episode.
@@Manishsharmaseven9 manish has hit the nail on the head.
Sir, I have seen many enjoying food and sharing the taste but your style is just extraordinary.
The way you taste the food and the way you tell us about it, is just superb👍
Absolutely brilliant commentary! I can almost smell the aroma and taste the food.
One of the perfectly explained food vlogs.
The reviewer has done an excellent job of keeping the audience involved; the gastronomic discoveries are fascinating to see, his incredible

Hi kripal sir always brings eatery which are at affordable prices and the way u give the description of the food and taste and savour it and say ummmmm really we enjoy it .......

Wow, absolutely wonderful🤩
The reviewer has done an excellent job of keeping the audience involved; the gastronomic discoveries are fascinating to see, but your personality and his incredible sense of humor add so much to the viewing experience.
Very clean and hygenic and healthy for such low price! Genius!
Krupal sir ur videos all r eye catching n food informative to the city people
Wooh at rs 95 / a North Indian Thali is total value for money with 2 gravy items and tip full bowl of rice with 2 naans /roti + Lassi is bonus. Namma Bengaluru Karnataka should be declared food para 🌡️dise of South India. Usually, North type shahi paneer has a bit of sweetness in gravy combined with hint of mellow spice. Surprised to note you didn't taste sweetness in shahi paneer there. This is no less than a heaven on earth for North Indians in Namma Bengaluru. Refilling 😍😍 S. Indian enterprise has a large ❣️ to wow their patrons. The enterprise can add poori and aloo thali for special occasions will entice North Indian guests enthrilled with. Aloo poori is kind of on the go meal for N. indian palate with no use of onions and garlic with loads of asafoetida or hing is high volume item to offer.
Brother, Enjoy.
Kripal, pls encourage the eateries to serve in non-plastic plates and containers. When the hot food is put on such plastic plates they release carnicogens. A banana leaf or areca nut plate is a good option for eateries who can not afford to manage Steel cutleries.
True
But tht plates which they are using are not so harmful
True. Even parcel should be encouraged to use in non-plastic containers. Kripal sir has good influence on people and restaurants. He should promote it.
@@basavarajeshkoni9739 I guess parcel is totally on us - the customers. It takes one small step for us to carry our boxes/containers from our homes to carry the parcel.
I agree.. I carry my own dabbas for take away
Hi kripalji after a long time iam watching your North Indian thali in Arogya uwere eating kulcha kadai panneer masurdhal with sweet mango lizzi for 95 .good value for food nice to u r rocking rev
Great food review👏🏼🙌🏼 Made my mouth water with the great description
Sir, good afternoon, sir , Arogya Aahaar gave 100% justification to your punch line" Happy eating" with their "Low price nd Sufficient food"( sir, our Tummy khush nd our pocket bhi khush )
You have mastered the art of self employment. You try and give importance to the same common food found in Karnataka as though you are eating for the first time in your life.
Hai Kripal, I love the way you discover and explore the various eateries along with the words you speak.
Sir very nice👏👏👏👏 taste GOOD ONE HYGIENE QUALITY THEY ARE MAINTAINING I HAVE VISITED TWICE THERE THANK YOU🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 FOR THE VIDEO
Arogya Ahaara was my favorite place to have North Indian meals in bangalore , the taste & quality is just superb with the price that is very pocket friendly, you had that motichoor ladoo which looks tempting , they also have their special Mysore Pak on some days which is just out of the world , truly an amazing place to have your meals .
Thankyou Kripal sir for covering this fantastic eatery !!
I really like your work
Keep going and thanks for bringing such amazing content for us .
Have tried the meal here many times and like it due to the taste and of course the pocket friendly price.
Great Review! Very tempted to go to Bengaluru just to try the places you recommend.
Waah! Narration makes our stomach full!😋
Bangalore and Hyd have so much cost effective meals with so much variety.
In Chennai the prices are ridiculously high even for average quality meals and with every extra item costs sky rocket.
I totally agree,Chennai cost is exorbitant and taste is just stupid in Nature.
@@pradeepraju8681 exactly. no variety and just looting. Even stand-and-eat shops like arogya ahaara type in chennai will have way costly meals.
I been there couple of times when I was staying in kormangala And now expecting some restaurant like this in Mysore. Now A days we can't find Any thali less than 125 to 150rs in Mysore As well..
The flavors are described quite well. A nice review overall.
Nice one 👍
"Arogya aahar" is great place to suggest hygiene, healthy food @ reasonable prices in Bangalore. Staffs are well trained and very friendly.
Seems mouth watering plate.....your expression says it all.....people have to learn from you, how to enjoy your plate, not just going at it for the mere sake of filling your tummy.....love your food and enjoy it and it do taste better.... 👍
Lovely 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a great day everyone 🌻
Incredible value no doubt. Hygienically served n prepared. On the face of it, looks good. Taste I have my reservation. In Karnataka, wherever I ate, the curries tasted the same due to overpouring star anise based masala they use. We from the North don't use much of star anise. Mostly coriander, jeera, chilly powder based gravy rich in tomatoes. Kasoori methi. That's North taste. But I shouldn't comment without eating it.
great video
Good work mind-blowing
Good information 👏👍👍
💐💐💐gud afternoon sir, hope one day we also eat in their. Laado look very tasty ❤️
Always appreciate value for money items 👏👍🤗
Hi Kripal Sir, hope u finished the half portion of the roti that was left on your plate after the shoot completion.. Hope so.!🤔
Once in a week I visit this place 🙂 one of the best place in Bangalore
Love the way you enjoy food and at the same time respect it and the entire experience. Keep up with it!
The Masoor sabut dal looks like same as it was served in the golden Temple, in Amritsar. Very green in colour.
North Indian meal at Rs 95 is really amazing. Last time I paid Rs 210 for North Indian meal in Bangalore and even the number of food items were less 👍
correct bro. i have been paying 175/- for a veg north indian thali all these 25 years in bangalore. now things are improving. i suppose.

Great value for money food and that too just for 95 rs and 75 rs for South Indian thali. A lot of such restaurants exist in each and every corner of India, but very few are value for money and are healthy and tasty at the same time!

Valued satisfaction 👍
You are best food vlogger ❤
Nice to see you Sir ☺️ Latur Maharashtra
I am getting watering in my mouth when you are eating please provide the address I am food lover
Aahaaraaa. Also, the kulcha was rubbery both the times I have eaten there.
what do expect ?
Kripal Sir's thought process is similar to me - I was thinking of same, 1 Kulcha & 1 Roti 😀😀🙂🙂
Maharashtrian influence i see in Kripal sir is how he pronounces some words and also ofcourse his knowledge on so many Marathi foods. Eg: laadoo instead of laddoo. That’s the thing that he knows about both South Indian and North Indian foods in depth hence people from all regions approve of his reviews.
WHAT A PRICE & TASTE ❤️
Food lovers TV very good channel. Respected sir, Do you take interview going out of country in world where our Indian people doing food business.
Please do some of your videos in Maharashtra especially Mumbai pls
Kripal, you must visit "Asha Tiffins" in Sector 6 HSR ,close to this place. That has great food at similar prices as well. It just within 1 km from this place. Thats a great place to taste / review as well. They have good chinese along with South and North indian at pretty honest prices
My opinion Asha Tiffin's taste is bit better than Arogya. I always order from AT as i am from koramangala
Omg just discovered asha. Love breakfast from there!
Sir please make a viedo on how will u follow your diet you will taste variety of food veg and nonveg both if i eat little more or little high masala it turns into a gastric basically im a foody really im not able to eat properly for 2 times a day but such a healthy man you are please make a viedo on how will you manage with your diet.I pray more health for you sir because of you im coming to much more about bangalore.
The food at Aarogya Thali indeed looks like simple and healthy food.
👌👌👌👌
Sir please explore Fruit bae in kormangala and sattavam buffet lunch at Whitefield with Shree ma'am
Is it plastic kind of plate? I m not sure if that is healthy or not. Usually steel will be okay in which we eat at home or at many hotels.
only vlogger who pronounce dosey, the right way
I fully endorse your views. It is a pity that it is being pronounced wrongly in Karnataka. It is Masalae Dosae, Ravae Vadae not definitely Dosa, Rava Vada. No self respecting old Mysoreean would bastardize ( expression only ) the pronunciation. Thanks Kripal for upholding our heritage and emotions too
Just Palated, Completely Fantastic..
Awesome 😎
Super bro...
Mouthwatering sir
Establishments serving food on plastic trays is a big turnoff.. No matter how inexpensive or delicious the food is. Either line it with a leaf like they do in Channai. I have been to many budget eateries in many corner of our country, who serve even muska bun on ceramic cutlery.
Super Food Sir
Good morning dear Kripal 🙏 Back in India to watch your wonderful vlogs 😀 The prelude to the main vlog itself sets the tone for what’s going to unfold 👍😋Can’t believe that this eatery offers a North Indian Thali at such a reasonable price of Rs 95👍👌 Quite impressive and hygienic kitchen 👏🏼👏🏼 The quantum of butter that they smother on the Naan and the use of Ghee in the Boondi Ladoo compared to the price of the NI Thali is remarkable 👌 Simple yet endearing presentation of the Thali 👍 This a perfect corporate meal 🥘 Ideal portions , nutritious and pocket friendly 👌 Yes Kripal , I often ask you this question on how you discover such gems 💎 Kudos to your research and also inputs from your viewers 👍I love my Kadai Paneer to be spicy and the use of Malai Paneer in the dish . Personally I don’t like a chewy Paneer 👍 Glad you also like the texture of the Paneer to be pliable 😋The Roti with the Masoor Dal is my go-to dish any given day 😀 True that Kripal and hence I called it an ideal Executive / Corporate Lunch . A meal that would satiate yet keep us energetic😀 Whoa it’s an unlimited Thali !!!! Unbelievable 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thats a fab combo with the mild Pulao and the Masoor Dal 👌😋 Simply love your choice of words and passionate articulation of your thought process while relishing the dish . “ It would be a travesty if I let the butter get wasted” 😅😅 “Thupa Thupa Kripal Bole” My daughter loves an authentic Boondi Ladoo . Will get her a box today 😀 Indeed a well balanced meal and certainly a place to visit ( Arogya Vihar ) 👍👍 Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the NI Thali Vlog 👍👍 Post my Maldives trip on a high-diet-restricted plan . Now watching your Vlog is going to break my resolve 😅😅 This is what your Vlog does to me and am sure your other viewers 😀😀 I will go back and watch your South Indian Vlog at this eatery 👍👍👍 Thanks so much dear Kripal and Team FL 🙏🙏🙏 Take care , Stay safe and Stylish and God bless ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Though it ain't suitable or appropriate to reply on the comment posted by F Lovers audience but a few comments are very close to like - minded passion. And this of yours is one of 'em. You rightly mentioned about the Paneer quality in shahi paneer is a character of dish. I also love malai soft paneer spoon size cubes. I used to buy a packaged paneer Amul 200gms to make Shahi paneer at home, but later realised the malai soft character isn't there and packaged food find it to be processed long before the purchase. Whereas a loose paneer available in speciality dairy is deal to wow your pocket and palate both and bonus point is the quantity and freshness at the almost same price of packaged food. I am sure this eatery will also be using fresh churned paneer for the dish. It's heartning to learn that North Indian Thali becoming so popular in rest of India 🇮🇳 as we love to cherish S. Indian food in North. This amalgamation is soul satisfying and always a rewarding alliance.
Hi Rajesh, welcome back, hope you had a good trip. This one certainly is a wholesome, low on the pocket find. Happy you enjoyed the episode. I am sure one laddoo from the box that you plan to get your daughter won't hurt your diet too much! ;-) Have a good one.
@@Manishsharmaseven9 Thanks for sharing your experience on Malai Paneer in a Shahi Paneer dish 👍 I usually buy Malai Paneer from Punjab Diary precisely for the same reasons cited by you 👍 Take care and have a wonderful day ahead 👍

Hey Kripal Sir & Food Lovers TV. Can you please do a blog on Mumbai's Authentic & Famous Restaurant located in Bengaluru:
》 Mahesh Lunch Home, Indiranagar (Sea Food Speciality)
》 Copper Chimney, Phoenix Market City, Whitefield (Multi-Cuisine Restaurant).
Will vist the Restaurant after your Blog.
A simple thing to understand is,
If you want something - ASK.
YOU SHALL HAVE IT.
I am never comfortable enjoying a meal standing up. That is what I do when I am trying to finish a toast leaning on my kitchen counter before heading off to work. Adding bar stools would certainly help with enjoying the meal.
Sir, please relieve your shoulder of the bag, while eating..
A steaming cup of chai would have made a perfect completion to the meal...
