We know this...incredible story becomes.....more ghastly with each report. It's difficult to imagine something like this actually happening, but these are reports we have been receiving and passing on to you. A report which has been verified, as completely as possible in these confused situations. It *IS* happening. Medical authorities in Cumberland have concluded that, in all cases, *the killers....are...eating the flesh....of the people they murdered."*
I played this from the CD on the stereo and my friend and his GF walked in during the second 'Broadcast' bit and they thought it was real, they were scared shitless.
245-Trioxin is a chemical used in the original three Return of The Living Dead films. It reanimates dead tissue(whether it's attached to a brain or not) and gives everything reanimated by it a hunger for brains. The film actually invented brain-eating zombies. It also invented running zombies, zombies that don't die from a headshot, and zombies that were intelligent enough to speak and form strategies.
Fast zombies are scary in the sense that, when you fantasize about the scenario of a zombie apocalypse, you don't see yourself having fun and rocking out to this song while you "aim for the head", because you're too busy pissing yourself and crying while trying to run away from an army of assailants that move faster than you do. Fast zombies are scary because, in the real world, they would be a real threat. Nobody hopes for a fast zombie apocalypse, because nobody would survive.
Nobody would survive because if there are human zombies, we can assume there are dog zombies. Going off that, why not have mice? birds? Suddenly going into a barn to escape the furious pecking of a zombie grow will kill you as a mouse nips your ankle, you get infected and die two days laters.
The second reason that I dislike 'virus' zombies is that there is a tendency for them to also be 'fast zombies', which I hate. Zombies that jump and run and sprint all over the place not only look ridiculous, but they throw away the symbolism of the creeping inevitability of death that makes zombies fascinating in the first place. They might as well not even be zombies and the story wouldn't change much if they were replaced with, say, dinosaurs (in fact, the PS game 'Dino Crisis' did just that)
What makes zombies go? Seriously, what force powers them? The way the human body is set up, everything is dependent on everything else. Lose your heart, your lungs, your digestive system... Your brain goes with it. So with everything except the brain dead and rotting, how exactly do zombies get the energy needed to propel themselves? How does their brain stay alive? The laws of physics and biology all point against such a phenomenon. So, what makes zombies go?
This song reminds me of the good old-school zombies of yesteryear, before all of this "infectious virus" bullshit became popular. As far as I'm concerned, the TRUE zombie apocalypse scenario is the classic: There's no more room in Hell, and the dead walk the earth. Anyone who dies, for any reason, rises as a zombie.
Zombies share the same weakness as regular living things, which is just silly! Song is cool, though, even if I can't help but imagine everyone running out to stop the undead just to find out they can still chomp them without their brains.
anyone thinking about a zombified Disney film? I think this song would do rather well in it. Simple and straight to the point: How to Kill a Zombie 101
exactly. like, in Resident Evil, they arent Zombies, but that's the nickname that the Umbrella corporation set for the subjects with the T virus and so
Ah. I see now. Well, the only "true" definition of "zombie" is a corpse brought back to life by a Voodoo sorcerer and used as a servant. Beyond that, it's all subjective. Zombie has become a colloquial term in pop culture which refers to a certain type of behavior(that of a mindless automaton) rather than any specific biological traits. So yes, the "rage zombies" in 28 Days Later would still count as zombies.
i ment is the term 'zombie' (quote fail i know) misplaced. in other words are they zombies or aren't they? as the rage virus victims aren't dead they're just hyper agressive to the point where they no longer respond to outside influences like pain.
True that. Romney supporters have the shortest memory of any American, and that's saying something. I mean, the system's been screwed up since the day most of us were born, why would we want someone who'll either do exactly the same as before, or just milk the last bits out of the country before running to Switzerland?
I already knew how to kill a zombie xD But We'd all die if we couldn't find guns, Never wanna get to close to them. :P I'd Do My Best To Survive In The Apocalypse And Take My Friend With Me So That She Could Help Me. c: Hopefully I Don't Shoot Her On Accident...She Tends To Get In The Way. O_O
+Kiara SaysHi Seriously? " We'd all die if we couldn't find guns," ? Have you EVER played a zombie-related videogame other than C.O.D? Most of them show us that melee is your friend. Usually, you want to combine sharp objects and durable, blunt objects. Power tools and firearms are a last resort. Save your ammo/batteries for when you REALLY need them. Flashlights are good, if you can find a solar-powered light, that would be better. Also, you'll need duct tape/duck tape. Lots and lots of tape. Seriously.
Nah you need the guns really for less then friendly fellow survivors, zombies are pretty easy to deal with considering simple thing like slightly steep hills and stairs are basically the bane of there slow, painful and physically broken undead existence.
Best song to figure out what to do in Zombie apocalypse. I just love all the music in general by this band.

I would be like, "One word guys, AWESOME!"
Um, well, I guess the simple answer is, that's why zombies don't actually exist.
So I guess you could just answer 'voodoo necromancer magic'.
In all cases, the killers are eating the flesh of the people they murdered.
