- For Canadian immigration managing funds and presenting them up to the satisfaction of the visa officer is of great importance.
These funds are required as per family size (spouse and kids) irrespective they are included in PR application or they shall stay back in home country.
A gift deed to skip ageing of proof of funds may be useful and acceptable, if presented properly.
PS: Ignore the comments about FSW draws and SINP which now need update and were true when this video was recording in early July 2022

Actual market value of my each car is around 15 lacs , can i sell both cars ? Or one ? , overpricing each around 20 lacs ? And attach vehicle smart card showing my name as owner + notarized sale deeds on stamp paper + bank draft received from buyer ? That makes 40 lacs ,plus i take a 7 lacs gift deed from my sister or deposit directly in cash which i have as savings ? Kindly guide

Yes you need to prove that those funds are still accessible to you even when you land in Canada because those funds are actually needed and helpful for your initial days in Canada

We've sold our car to show POF for PNP of Ontario. The car was in my husband's name, so he's sold it and now put the money in my account (As I'm the primary applicant). Will a gift deed suffice in this case that the husband has given me the money to put in my account? or will this need some other affidavt? I've not maintained my bank statement as of yet and i roughly have around CAD $1000 . Same is the situation with my mother's bank account, however, I've the whole amount which is required for PoF in cash. Which option will be better from the following considering my CRS that is 475(hopeful to get ITA in next draw)?
1. Sell our car which is on my mother's name and get it as gift deed with proper money trail.
2. Considering I'm not a filer, I become a filer and declare 20 tola gold as asset. Then, when asked for PoF, I sell that gold and show proper trail of it.

I have a question that I don't have enough saving to show as POF so if we sell our house (which is basically my father's house) and I'll get my share, can I show this amount as POF and will it be acceptable and plaease also explain what it will called GD or my own amount?
For Express Entry and most provinces selling own assets and using its proceed to show as PoF is acceptable which basically rules out the need to have funds in one’s account for six months.
However the province of Saskatchewan does not accept it. It simply requires to show ageing of three months.

4- Usually there are no questions adked but be prepared if donor’s statement for previous period is asked. It is possible to track if funds were not actually donated by the parent but only routed through her account
6- Most PNPs (except Saskatchewan) and EE accept GD

If I sell property inherited by my sister and I around 2 years back and use my share of sale proceeds. I would have to show sale deed deposit (pay order or a check) in my personal bank account. What other documents might be required like an allotment letter, etc? Also, as it was inherited around 2 years back, I do have the property reflected in my tax returns.

I suggest that donor’s one month statement is provided to show funds were there at least for a month before donating to the applicant

I was wondering that if I keep my gold in the bank and take a loan from the bank, sort of like girvi rakhna but my father says this is called a pledge ( he has spent his career in national bank ). If I put the money in the bank, let it mature for 6 months, can this be used as proof of funds?
The reason being that I don’t wanna sell my gold shuru men because I’m scared what if I don’t get PR. Yes I’ll have the money but the gold will be gone. I discussed with my father and he came up with this idea. He says if you don’t get PR, you return the loan and get the gold back, but if you get the PR, then the bank keeps the gold and I keep the money.
That’s right. It wouldn’t be acceptable. If you don’t want to convert gold into money with no return I ll suggest to go for a USD account

Hi Sorry I have another question haha 🙊! You were talking about land sale in this video. Tou what if the land is my parents’, they sell the plot and then give me the money? And let’s say the six month aging is not met. We have all related documents like the plot being in my parents’ wealth statement. But it’s still their money. So they would sell the plot and then give me the money through gift deed? Or they just give me the money and while providing proof of funds we attach an affidavit that my parents are sponsoring us?
For money received as gift source of funds is usually not required. And for funds with six month of ageing even gift deed is not required

1- I wouldn’t recommend acquiring funds from uncle
2- Mutual funds are fine. Stocks are more prone to fluctuations and have no certain liquidation value

That’s clales routing borrowed funds from donors account to pretend it thats donor money. Keep funds in donors account for and then transfer to the applicant

There are be multiple situations that I discussed in this video. All are proven for FSW but for Saskatchewan provincial program selling assets does not work

Faz Bhai I have one question and I m really concerned about it.
I can manage my funds from borrowing before submitting EOI , I submitted my EOI on 1 st Jan 2022 now after 4 months I got ITA WHERE I SHOW THEM MY BANK STATEMENT with an OPENING BALANCE SHOW MY POF that is around 25000 CAD or 4.5 milli PKR.
As I told I borrowed the amount after submitting how long I have to hold this amount into my account because I have to return the amount.
I have an two properties can I use them as POF MEANS BY SHOWING Its DOCUMENTS ONLY, NOT BUY SELLING IT and supposed I got the approval for visa then I have sell that property and convert that into cash.
You ll have to manage your borrowing outside of PR application. Funds have to be there till you land in Canada. In order to repay the loan you may need to sell off other assets. Taking funds off the account wouldn’t be recommended

My brother in law who is living in canada has sent me money for pof. Im applying for sinp. Do you think it will be acceptable? What documents should i prepare to present pof in this way?
It would be acceptable if you have 90 days ageing when filing SINP application.
It wouldn’t be accepted if ageing is less than 90 days

For immigration it’s accepted. However for visit visa the purpose of showing funds is ti ensure you can spend that money on travelling expenses hence its acceptability for VV is questionable

Sorry I have a follow up question. I just read your comment on a post on the Facebook group, you said, source is not required if the aging is six months. So in relation to my previous post, if my father keeps my gold in the bank and the bank gives him the loan, which he transfers to my account and we let it sit for six months, then it should be okay right? Please keep in mind that if we get the PR, we’ll use and take the money. We don’t have to return it. It will stay in our accounts till we travel for Canada. I mean me and my husband.
Irrespective how do “you” maintain the funds in your account for six months you ll not be asked for its source.

Faz Bhai, I'm planning to get gift deed from my mother. But there's no ageing of these funds in her account as I'm just routing this amount through her account. Would that cause any problem at later stage ?
Ideally I recommend attaching at least one month statement of the donor

I personally do no support cash as financial gift. There would be serious concerns about its acceptance by the province and IRCC
