    My students and I have shot discussion videos on all the chapters. The video for the Introduction to Psychology chapter is called Is Psychology a Science? The videos are vastly more interesting and engaging than these Powerpoints! Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/NUiK09pL-6k/видео.html

    U sir, are a genius 🙌🏽. I’m taking an accelerated psychology class and these videos will help me better understand what some of my main takeaways need to be. Thank you! 😁

    I just wish to thank you, you sir may help me through college. I’m ADHD, and can’t seem to sit still long enough to read to much of the chapters in one sitting and to be honest I’ve learned I don’t learn well just reading and it certainly doesn’t help that all my classes are online due to COVID and my instructor won’t be doing lectures on zoom or anything like that, this video helped a lot. Thanks again

    Thanks for doing this. I work full time and going to school full time so it’s nice not having to squeeze in time to read an entire psychology book somewhere in my busy schedule

    Hello professor, I was looking for videos about psychology and found a series of your lectures, fortunately.
    My major is psychology and I already graduated from university. But I hesitated to review psychology again before I had found this video because I have to spend so much time to read about 700 pages and this honestly burdens me.
    However, I now can review the contents of psychology easily because of your video.
    My appreciation from a student living in S. Korea :)

    I've been studying the picture that could either look like a young girl or an old woman... I can't see the old woman at all! It's driving me crazy!

    • @hatalatesting6476
      @hatalatesting6476  4 года назад +1

      The old woman's chin is the young girl's neck, and the young girl's necklace is the old woman's mouth. Keep looking and you'll see it!

    I want to know, why professors are picking books that don't have an ebook that accompanies the textbook. Some of us study better with the audio.

    • @hatalatesting6476
      @hatalatesting6476  4 года назад +3

      That's a good question, and I think that the primary answer is inertia - faculty get used to using one particular book, design their course to match that book, and then never change books. The book I used to use for Intro to Psych costs $220, so when Openstax came along, I switched immediately.
