Trying soufflé pancakes for the first time!

I've been wanting to try Souffle Pancakes because they look so fluffy, yummy, and cute so my friends and I went to Flipper's in New York and tried them! It was super fun and now I want to try making them at home too but I'm sure it's more complicated than it looks haha!
