I've been playing franchise mode for many years. One thing I cannot understand. Whether it is TOR, NYR, EDM.....my PP chemistry is always a 5 and each season I am below 15% PP. I have tried all different strategies but nothing helps. Any ideas?

I had an idea of taking Colorado’s team & placing them on Seattle & trading for all first round picks & drafting all rookies for Seattle since their a brand new team & the best draft class rosters help. Thanks fam! Great video as always. I’m on your Ottawa season now.
If I were you I would keep michkov a medium franchise, but I would lower his overall by a lot, because he is signed to the KHL until 3 years after his draft year, so it would be more realistic.
