Really impressive craftsmanship!
But if you want to scale up the production process and produce 10 or 100 times as much, you have to look into automation of the process. As an example, you can look at the automated production process of the carbon tubs of the BMW i3. The carbon tub of the BMW i3 uses carbon fiber and a thermoplastic binder (PBT or polybutylene tere-phthalate). The forming process is fully automated and production numbers can be very high.

Amazing lightness and strength in design and manufacture, but then you attach the tail with two simple latches, very odd!
pretty cool. id love to see a variant that leverages the VTOL props for fixed wing flight propulsion tilting to provide forward thrust in a push-pull configuration so you don't need a tail prop, also would enhance performance, especially if they're ducted

I see gloves & face masks although it is likely that the masks are not adequate.

I don't like it. VTOL is vertical take-off and landing. It was made because there was engineering behind the feat. You just glued quadcopter components to a drone model. Lazy, stupid, and ugly.
