Yolanda's brother is the only one from her family that I like. Maybe the grandmother because it seems like she's not 100% on board with what the parents are saying.

I just wanna say congrats to this show for addressing this issue, you don't see a lot of shows do this. Especially coming from a DC property which is beyond incredible. It is such a big issue to day that young girls become victims too. Especially since this is TV-14 hopefully a lot of young girls who watch learn from her mistake. This entire story for Yolanda is what makes the most authentic character in the Arrowverse. Thank you Geoff Johns. 🐱 ⭐️ 🌟 💫

Now this scene makes more sense of why this happened to Yolanda,it was to ensure that Cindy hooks up with Henry so she could monitor the possible development of his mental powers

Sadly, in real life a lot of teenagers actually do end up killing themselves because stuff like this happens to them. We see it in media because it sadly happens too much in real life. I agree that it's inspiring and amazing to see the other side of the coin though and see a teenage girl fight back, stand up for herself and find her inner strenght. There are a lot of teens who do just that in real life so seeing characters like Yolanda in media could inspire real teenagers/people to act like her.

The true test of any relationship is when things aren't perfect. When mistakes are made, and storms have to weathered. Yolanda's parents and grandmother failed that test. Shunning her when her only mistake was being far too trusting of someone whom she thought loved her.

As much as I’m glad that Henry apologizes. I really wish the writers did something so that Yolanda found out that Cindy was the one who actually sent out the photos, not Henry. Cause, even though Henry did something really bad and stupid, he didn’t mean for the photos to be exposed like that. You can tell by the look on his face at the end.

@@ash5900 That's the thing though, I don't think he did share them. You see Henry showing his friends something on this phone as Yolanda walks past but I don't think it was the pictures. If it was he would have put his phone when she looked at him, but he didn't. And he would have been more freaked out when Cindy grabbed his phone if they were on there. It was also suggested that Cindy knows how to hack computers. So she could have hacked Henry's phone when she grabbed it from him and sent the photos to herself.
My personal guess would be "The gambler" or Cindy knows how to hack through the system, that's why she can send massive messages to everyone.

Notice Henry's face as he sees the photos, as well as observe the bulk of the fights; herein he wanted to *vomit* at the thought of his trusted girlfriend being that wickedly dumb as to take nude pictures- he didn't do it, in fact, it stands to reason that he wasn't the one who texted her into this truly Hellish move; nay, it was somebody *else* who got the idea of ruining her, her bully to be exact; the methods work perfectly, as does the agendas.

It turns out Cindy’s dad wanted her to be in touch with Brainwave’s son and that is probably why she had to ruin her life and/or maybe she asked Henry to ask Yolanda to send him pics and that way she can expose her and be with Henry. The first part is true and the other is my theory so go crazy on the comment section.

The truly terrifyingly evil thing that happened in her backstory is that by going along with sending someone her nude photos; let alone letting herself photograph herself in that state of undress, really does mean that a jealous peer of hers basically blackmailed her into being what amounted to an underage porn-star: truly disgusting acting up and not only quite immoral, also highly illegal conduct to boot- that sort of thing cannot be underestimated in the degree of evil.
I *am*, however, very glad that the acting up was more hinted-at than overtly shown; as that'd have brought the show into *actual* Hell; as opposed to merely that her *LIFE* became Hell thanks to that vile prank by Cinthia. Think of it, Cindy sent the photos, and apparently also included a disgusting caption to them about how "beautiful and cute" her "girlfriend" looked in that; in the process also completely sickening and utterly disgusting Henry- she turned his stomach frankly by showing his girlfriend in that state of undress; and reduced Yolanda to a class lewd joke and laughing stock.
Part of me wishes that I understood the context of this scene.
When we meet Yolanda she is sitting at the “singles/loser” table. She is depressed and not talkative. The guy who was her boyfriend is slut shaming her and she is getting bullied by his gf who is the one who leaked her photos. This is the backstory to how her life was ruined.
