Thank you for doing this video! Agreed to PM is thick. I do like the spread of the Lancome. I've tried the Clinique but it didn't work. I may have to use your all over color for a no makeup day. Nice to have Lancome get some love, it is so under rated. It's been fun talking on this. 🤗

Omg!!!! I thought it was only me that did not like the mama Pat concealer. I got so many messages when I said I didn’t like it. I do love the Dior Forever. My favorites are Dior and Le Correcteur de Chanel.

This was so informative, my friend!!! Thank you!!! I didn’t know anything about many of these concealers and I just learned a whole lot!!!! About the new Lancôme one: I love the big applicator and I ADORE the way this concealer looked after you blended it all over. Wow!! I never thought about the full coverage claim, but you are so right!!!! Of course they all claim the same thing; who would want what they’re trying to cover to actually show?? 😉 Awesome point. Speaking of Lancôme, I finally ordered the Monsieur Big mascara (haven’t received it yet). We shall see!!!! I have tiny lashes that need a lot of help. Thank you again, my beautiful friend!!!! 🥰😍💖
Oh oh oh! Please report back on the Monseiur Big mascara. I think you will LOVE it. It's a classic for a reason. But it's definitely DRAMATIC so I'll be very curious to see if it's your cuppa tea! And, yes, this concealer gives you a nice amount, a good consistency and easy to wear all over or just in spots. It's good stuff. It really is. And, by the way, yesterday I saw, I think it was the new O/S concealer being hyped as medium coverage. I think it was that one and I thought, "Hmmm....guess I was wrong!" haha.

Medium coverage… hmmmm, but to conceal means to hide… and so the job of the product is to make something disappear from view, as in “it’s there, but it’s hidden.” Medium coverage makes the thing partially hidden?? I don’t quite get it. 😂 Unless we can build it to full coverage, in which case you are totally right again!!!!!! 🤗 YES, I will report back on the mascara. Let’s see how dramatic it can really be for someone like me with tiny lashes. If it is, I will love it. 🤩 The package is on its way to me. I also got their (Lancôme’s) eye makeup remover, which I remember you like a lot. 🤗💖
@@MissBeeeBeee The good lord above gave you smaller eyelashes to make sure your KEEN EYES shown brightly!!!!!!!! I am assuming that the "medium coverage" descriptor is meant to imply consistency, right? Like it's not THICK but spreadable. That is my guess but it's a complete guess. Not sure yet if I'll try it. Might have to to see what medium coverage in a concealer is!

With the pmg I really just use a very tiny small amount and near the inner corner. I’ve seen a lot of tutorials and use a quarter of the amount youtubers usually put and adore it ! I use it in conjonction with the Armani one on my face for a no makeup makeup look ! Loved your recommandations !
Hello Diana! I really ought to give the PML concealer more of a chance. EVERYONE loves it. And, you're right, it's because you have to use SO very very little!
I agree. I tend to mix of layer different concealers so use PMG over a creamy corrector or concealer (works well with Trinny London BFF eye or Charlotte Tilbury corrector) but, and it's a big BUT, I use the tiniest amount of PMGin the corners.
I have trouble with choosing colours online whichever concealer I try as find lighter colours make me look grey under the eye or others can be too dark/orange.
@@pams4401 oh Pam, I agree. Choosing concealer and foundation shades online is such a gamble. And concealer is even more confusing than foundation really as you’re trying to camouflage so it’s counterintuitive often!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Meant to say thank you for comparing it to PMG particularly as you didn't like that one. Very helpful. I'm so tempted even tho I'm happy with PMG. Does anyone else argue with themselves when a new product comes out? I want it. No I don't. Yesssss I do. Noooooo I don't. Have no idea why I do this as I usually end up buying whatever the darn thing is 😂 I miss the days where I'd throw on concealer, touch of eyeshadow, blusher and mascara (even for a big night out) and be out the door. I do enjoy the ritual though.
@@pams4401 oh you KNOW I understand the inner conflict, Pam!!! And yes. Years back, we wore the same makeup every day and put it on slightly darker for evening. Haha. Now we have makeup wardrobes and we analyze each product. I’m not sure if we’d even notice, years back, if our concealer creased. We figured that’s just what it did. Haha.

I got the PM concealer but I've been looking for an alternative because there is hardly any product. I narrowed it down to the lancome and dior but after your review I think I'll just stick to the PM and cry at the tiny amount 🙃

You might also like the new KVD and it's cheaper. It's that similar formula. Why is it that the products we all run through so quickly add up and it's not even a fun expense, right? It's like, "UGH! I have to buy CONCEALER...again! That's not even a fun purchase." UGH!!

@@mrs.gander5619 Yes! Same with skin care. We run through that so much quicker than we would ever run through an eyeshadow palette and then you’re obliged to buy it again! Such a drag.
Great review. I had used PM a lot. It was a repurchase but have been finding some others. I have very dark under eyes. Concealer is always a staple and I’ve yet to find a HG.
I need to go easy with the PML and try it again. It's not even that I use so much of it. I just use it too thickly...which is the same thing as too much, but you know what I mean. Haha!
Finally! Someone else who agrees that the Pat McGrath concealer isn’t for her. I wanted to love it and I tried to make it work but nothing. I’m going to try the Giorgio Armani concealer next. Thanks for the suggestion.
UNITY!!! haha. Yes, then you'll really like the GA Power Fabric concealer. That's the thing with concealers....you kind of have to do "If you love this, you'll hate this" and vice versa. Just saying it conceals isn't enough info. It's ALL about texture. Haha.
Love PMG (agree with tiny amount), Armani, and Dior concealers. I have dark under circles that plague me ☺️
I think Pat concealer is really good for dark circles because it’s truly full coverage. My issue is more sunken tired eyes. No concealer works on that. Haha.
I found La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation SPF 15 in the back of a drawer (I have no idea how old it is but it is in different packaging to what is available now!) Anyway I gave it the ‘sniff test’ - it passed 🤣 then I gave it the ‘wear test’ & it held up! I am so proud of myself, I ‘shopped my stash’ & it was successful! 😆💕
This is indeed a triumph as not only were you shopping your stash, you shopped your stash and found La Prairie. It's like a DOUBLE WIN!
I really want to try this especially for no makeup look days. I like both thin or thicker concealers it just depends on what I’m going for that day😉
That makes total sense Anitra. And, truly, going with thick or thin, depending on the day, is the smartest way to do it. Some looks call for one, some looks call for another. With this product's thick doe foot, it's truly perfect for no makeup days, better than the similar Dior even! 🥰

Those darn Tom Ford palettes keep restocking and then, before I post on the community board that they are back, the darn things sell out again. It's SO frustrating!!! And I will DEFINITELY compare the new Wayne. For sure! This Wayne palette looks so lovely!

Hey Queen👸. The concealer looked flawless on your face. Sephora had matched me with the Kosas concealer, to apply on top of the NARS color corrector. It was a great match. The NARS concealer didn’t work out for me, though. Thanks for the informative video and your facial expressions are priceless😆. I love them🥰.

Hi Rebecca, so happy you reviewed the new lancome concealer. My absolute holy grail concealer was the lancome maquicomplet concealer, it has recently been discontinued. I loved it because it was so hydrating and easily spreadable. Like you I prefer a liquidy consistency. Is the new one hydrating? I have very dry undereyes.

I haven't really tried an awful lot of concealers overall, but I do like the ones I've bought (which have mostly been from word of mouth and waching youtube recommendations etc). Of the ones you mentioned, I love the Dior Forever concealer, I love the Armani Powder Fabric. I HAVE the Clinique one but I haven't actually tried it yet lol, and I've recently ordered the Pat McGrath one so I'm still waiting for that one. Good news about Jones Road, I wonder if they'll end up in Selfridges, I'll be able to buy them if they do!
I really hope Jones Road comes to Selfridges!! Right now I have a feeling they just secured a warehouse in the UK to ship online orders from. But I could be speaking out of turn there. Tell me what you make of the PML concealer. It’s so beloved and I’m just like ugh it cakes!!!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty hahaha I will. I definitely apply concealer very sparingly compared to a lot of people though so I might be able to get away with it. For me, a good concealer is simply one that doesn’t make my under eyes suck back into my skull by dehydrating the minuscule amount of moisture I have there

Thank you for yet another GREAT review! I am LOVING the Nars corrector lately,it really does a good job at covering my dark circles and has a lovely subtle radiance! It almost feels hydrating and soothing 🥰

Thank you so much for your gracious compliments, Simo! I am so flattered. The cow....hahaha. It's ever changing. I always assumed it was a bull and was coming up with Scottish Gaelic names for it. But then, with all the bows, and since the female cows have horns, I'm thinking maybe it's a female cow. It's become the NotFitforPrintBeauty Cow but needs a REAL name. Maybe something that could go for a bull or a cow? Because I'm not sure! Haha. That Nars color corrector is INSANELY good. You know I often, because I'm lazy, just wear the lightest shade as a concealer. It kind of does both jobs at once and is SO moisturizing and radiant and I love the wand. It didn't even BELONG in a concealer video but I felt I was leaving it out somehow. A loyalty. haha.

I don’t know if you have tried it, but the Benefit Boi-ing Cakeless Concealer that looks like a pencil is thin and good coverage. I am not a big fan of the pm concealer, because of the thickness. I have natural creases and everything creases, but the benefit does not crease on me.

I have dry under eyes. Any suggestions? I don’t have dark circles But, still need smoothness. I just returned the Armani Luminous Silk concealer. It did nothing for me, was way to thin. Now, maybe I should try the Armani Power concealer. Idk. Oh, I got the SG Fusion brushes. Ohhhhh boy HG! I remember you asking me if I got them. I like your review on these concealers. Probably gonna skip the PML concealer then. Probably wouldn’t work for me. PS. You have a great personality. ❤️❤️❤️
Hello Janice! OK. I have lots of thoughts for you. I sat here and pondered before I got back to you. My suggestion is two fold. That Nars color corrector makes the most LOVELY smooth surface. I actually wear one of the lightest shades (there are only four shades as it's concealer and not color corrector) as a concealer a lot of times It's luminous somehow and so smooth. If you need to cover any apricot tone to it, then something like the Armani Power Fabric concealer could easily layer over the top. I didn't like the luminous silk concealer either so don't worry. It's the product, not the brand! The PML is THICK and would just....no. I don't recommend that concealer for ya. No. The Armani Power Fabric on its own might be too thin for you but atop the Nars, I think it would work...or just the Nars if you're feeling lazy that day! And with the Fusion brushes to apply, you are SET! SET! SET!!!

I’m going to check out the Armani Power fabric, as long as it’s not too drying, it would work, plus it has more coverage than the Luminous Silk, I hear. I’ll look at the NARS too. Did you ever try the CT Magic concealer? I tried a small sample, it seemed smoothing.
@@janicecroissiert9116 the Charlotte stuff is good but not my favorite and (this seems silly but ends up mattering) impossible to open if your hands aren’t totally dry and free of other products. People put rubber bands around theirs to act as grips! Haha.

OMG great video thank you! Very very informative! I use and love the power fabric but I find the shade 3.5 is a bit too yellow for me. I always like a slightly more pinkish undertone. Would you recommend another shade eventually? Also... really want to try the new Lancôme but shade names are totally different in France I don’t know what they do that... so once again I am struggling to choose and find a light+/medium- pinkish undertone shade. At last... also want to try the nars corrector. Is it as thin as the power fabric? I had in mind to pick the medium shade, but I just saw one of your comments and finally I might go for the light shade to work both as corrector and concealer... ;)

Hello Marie!!! Yes, the Nars corrector is as thin as the Armani Power Fabric but it glides on the skin like nothing I've ever seen. I can't say enough good things about that Nars corrector and, yes, I often use the lightest shade with no other concealer over the top. BUT it's a tad bit warm so I worry you won't like it just on its own as you're looking for something cooler. Regarding the Armani Power Fabric, I have so many shades of that thing. I don't even know what it is when I grab it. I think the one that's at the top of my drawer lately is shade 5 but I've also used, like you, the 3.5 and even the 3! I know that sounds crazy but the differences between those shades are so minute. And it's honestly impossible to tell online, which makes it so difficult. The Lancome is easier to tell online and I really really like that one. Oh no, the shades on it are different? UGH!!! Because the lighter version I use is that nice cool pink shade that you're looking for. Darn it. Hmmm...We need to think on this one.

Exactly. Us mature ladies even though you and I are just in our twenties, Bridget. As for Jones Road....my GUESS is that they have secured a warehouse in the UK and can ship from online orders there more easily with no tariffs and such. But that is just a guess. I'm very curious and will look to learn more!

Armani power fabric my fav as well next is the Dior and they are neck and neck. I do enjoy the Clinique one you showed a lot. I have so many I can’t list them all lol. But fun fact! I too have a lead tattoo from a pencil! Mine was from elementary school. At bottom of my left ring finger just inside on the “web” between that and my middle finger. They aren’t webbed but you know what I mean. LEADTOBETOGETHER! FATE!
Hahhhahahaha YES! Destined to be together, brought together at a young age, by power of a pencil tattoo. That must be like the innocent version of the jail house tattoo...the school house tattoo. Now you get to hear the story. It was 7th grade art elective class. I was drawing, erasing, blowing away the eraser shavings, erasing a bit more, lowering my head to blow away the shavings, erasing more. you get the idea. And being the same klutz that I am now, I got my rhythm wrong and put my head down to blow as I was bringing the expertly sharpened pencil up and BAM, POKE...forever tattooed....not realizing you were too. Hahhahaha.

It was pretty young. Also mother pinned my comment on her last post ahhhhh it’s prob her marketing team lol. But one can dream lol she responds to me a lot so I feel like it’s her tech person but never know!

Likely the Pat McGrath as long as you use it sparingly. It's the highest coverage in my opinion. I just have trouble using it sparingly! I'm heavy handed. OH! And for blemishes, see my review of the new Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer. Talk about covering blemishes!!!! That's the one.

Idk...im still using the Fenty Beauty Bright Eye Fix and it doesn't crease on me one bit. Funny...Lancome concealer was my first high end luxe purchase when I was a teen at Nordstrom's. I no longer feel like Lancome is high end after buying Chanel, Givenchy, Guerlain. And I cannot use Lancome's skin care or perfume...always gives me a rash 😲
I think Lancome was probably my first high end makeup purchase too. They've been around FOREVER, haven't they? Not that you and I have been around forever. Haha. What did I do there??? You and I are in our 20s! At any rate, the Fenty IS good. It color corrects like a champion. I mean, it REALLY color corrects. It can be a bit drying on me but...boy oh boy...if you need color correction, it's KING....or QUEEN. Haha.

I loved this concealer review! I was using YSL Touche Eclat under my eyes, and everyone commented on how I didn’t have wrinkles. That was a few years back, and I’m now 60 years old. I don’t have too many wrinkles for my age, but I certainly don’t want to use anything that might make me look older, if you know what I mean!😉 I like hydrating products for my mature skin. I also like radiance. Also, dark circles are not really an issue with me, but I like anything that brightens the eye area. Any suggestions?
Ohhhhh Leslea! The Touché Eclat is famous for a reason. I love that stuff!!!! I love the Nars color corrector. I’m telling you. It’s so so so good. Smoothing. Conceals. I even wear the lightest shade sometimes with no regular concealer over the top. I think you’d love it for brightening! 💕

I hated this concealer. It was too heavy. But, the worst thing about the product is the 1/2 doe foot. It pulls out way more product than you need. Because the wand is overloaded, when you put it back in the container it spills out over the container wasting the product and wasting money
Fair point!! Totally fair point. I always end up going back to my Giorgio Armani no matter what. The new Huda is good. Just reviewed it but....it's caking under my eyes.
