Seviwe is not being proactive, problem diagnosis is not the only reason why you are the minster, you are there to improve the current situation. To maintain it so that it doesn't get worse its barely something to be proud of and its no different to the ANC on principle and shows a lack of innovation and problem solving.
Point taken, but I think you are being a little premature in suggesting that 'problem diagnosing' is the only thing being done by the minister and I'm sure that if you were in her position a role she has only assumed for less than 6 months, considering also the dynamics of the governmental structure in which this is all taking place...even more so the fact that her ministry is in dire crisis, you would want to fully assess or diagnose the problem to fully comprehend it and to also inform decisions going for...all this to say...give Siviwe a chance....so she has been on track in my opinion...even proactive contrary to what the quest on this show is implying....Sam
Blame must squarely be on ANC government. Their deployees stole every cent without fear.
