Apex is the best BR to play as an Overwatch player with similarities to its movement physics imo. Also yes I know I messed up the superglide 😩but the tip still works
@@Sikonari The Wattson one isn't well known outside of the dedicated Wattson community. Same with Crypto's drone distance for beacon scanning. It's not "common sense" unless you're in the knowledge base that knows and shares those strats.
Another tip for seer players, the heartbeat itself will beat faster when the enemy is low, I believe the threshold is about 40-30hp. Just so you know when your teamate actually got them one shot
If any mirage players want an even more obscure mirage tip, First control your decoy, Hold crouch and press jump. Keep holding crouch and then stop controlling it, then you can let go of crouch after that, and now your decoy will be running again! Also strangely Mirage's decoys run faster with a weapon out (When not being controlled) so pull out your weapon to make them run faster so it's harder for the enemies to notice it's a decoy! - From someone who plays mirage WAY too much.
Cool video KarQ, I really like the mix of overwatch and apex content. Probably my 2 favorite games to play right now. I think a revenant tip that’s a bit more obscure would be to use your silence ability as a pseudo smoke or a trap. For instance, if you are holding in a room and think enemies are gonna come through a door, throw your silence on that door. Sure it won’t do as much as say a caustic trap, but it does silence their abilities which can be a big help. Also, if you have a teammate go down in the open and you want to rez them, throw a silence on them before rezzing. It won’t always help, but it could if there are multiple squads fighting. They might overlook you rezzing because you are hidden in the silence. Also fun fact, revenant is the only legend who can’t wall bounce. Pretty unfortunate for him, I’m sure it has to do with the code his wall climb passive.
Actually, with rev you can wall bounce like 4times in a row due to his passive in rooms like Bunker on KC. It's not true you can''t wall bounce you might wanna pratice a bit more.
@@Brandon-tz6vf mokey has made a video about it, and as someone who has done it, respectfully you just lack practice. Just search revenant multi wall jump and you'll find tons of videos. It's even easier with rev.
@@alexandrelemay641 I just watched mokeys video and I see what you’re saying. But what I said still stands that his wall bounce is half the height of any other legend. Mokey even says his wall bounce is weaker than the rest of the legends.
For the Octane tip: make sure you are hitting the key/moving the joy stick in the direction you are wanting to go. Just straight punching the jump pad will launch you straight up into the air. Mnk can also, if timed right, can tap strafe directly off the jump pad and keep the double jump (unsure if controller can do this as well)
another obscure Fuse tip is to throw a nade into the air and hit it with your ult and it will disperse over a wide area and give you wallhacks to the enemies inside the radius. You can do it above buildings to highlight anyone inside.
I've played Apex faithfully since launch and I still found quite a few things I didn't know. Cheers for the informative, to-the-point, and overall entertaining content!
As a Wattson main, the most obscure tip not many Watty mains know about is that you can use an ENEMY fence node as your own. That way you only use 1 node, instead of 2 and the enemy node does not count towards your 12 nodes placed maximum. Hope this tip helps all you Wattson mains out there.
This is really good, I didn’t even know the valk and lifeline one! But for rampart (and every other legend), those weren’t really super glides, you need to get the timing down to the frames for it to work, but overall yes, because rampart can place the same walls everywhere it’s much easier to learn the timing and use it everywhere!
Seeing tips youtubers like Macro and TimProVision learning from this is enough to prove that this video is SO useful, I didn't know about most of them tysm :)
Apex, finally! I loved your content when I was still playing ow, but ever since I stopped, I find it hard to enjoy your ow content. I found my new passion in apex and I really hope you will keep making apex content
Tip for my main Rampart: If an enemy is bodyblocking a door, you can use your Tactical to safely kick the door down Simply place your Amped Wall against the door, immediately jump onto it, and proceed to kick the door. As you deliver the final kick, you need to step back, which will cause you to fall behind the protection of your wall, completely preventing your opponent from shooting you while animation locked from the kick Just make sure you don't kick your own wall...
The apex content is good- a lot of people that play overwatch play apex too myself included. The overwatch content will still be my favorite, but I won't be disappointed if there's more apex videos.
For mirage, when you have you decoy or ultimate out and need to heal. Find cover and move left and right while spam crouching. It is guaranteed the enemy will shoot it distracting them from pushing you and revealing there location. It works every time and no one knows about it for some reason.
3:15 Its one way of making a 180 turn with the jump pad, but for those on pc, I honestly feel that if you know how to tap strafe, it's way better to 180 tap strafe out of the situation, since you don't even have to slow down to punch the jump pad you just slide into the pad and keep the momentum. If you are patient enough I strongly recommend to take this into to the firing range and master the pad tap strafe it is just so useful since you can redirect your jump into any direction.
6:11 wow I thought the only skill Wraith mains could master was DCing after they solo push and go down! This is so insightful to know a trick they aren’t utilizing.
At 4:09 that wasn't a super glide, it's super easy to tell when you hit one but generally to do it I just press Crouch and space at the exact same time and I do it when I climb and I get the little camera shake as I go over a ledge. For Rampart walls and low obstacles you dont really get this shake so it's better to just press jump (to climb it) then immediately do both Crouch and jump. With some practice it's pretty easy to hit
i know you probably only make these for the sponsor put i love the content and would love to see some more apex content. Like bringing on pros to do tips on their legend, just like you did for overwatch.
I was both very confused but also very happy when I saw you doing Apex content. This is awesome, I absolutely loved this video! I've been playing for years and still learned some new things
Great tips! Thank you for sharing :) My only comment is I’m pretty sure you have to hold backwards while punching Octane’s jump pad to actually go backwards because just punching it sends you straight up (unless this changed this season)

Bro wtf, these are actually useful and I didn’t know some, that’s odd coming from one of these apex tip videos, been playing since launch and some of these are new to me. impressive!
3:50 i think what you are doing there is a vault into a slide jump rather than a superglide. The difference in timing is minuscule, though the speed is incredibly different. Doing the crouch and jump inputs a split second earlier should produce a superglide. You can tell if you are doing it right if it is a smooth movement and if your fov increases as if you are sliding. Not trying to be that guy, but trying to help. Great video
One addendum to the Mirage tip: as far as I am aware, the decoy does not trigger Caustic barrels, and won’t ping Caustic when moving through his gas, so just be aware of that.
Genuinely good and informative tips. Some were basic sense like Lifeline and Loba's meanwhile the subtle ones of Mirage and Wraith are just too good. Thanks and I'll look forward for more
I already knew a little over half of these tips but it's still nice to learn new tidbits here and there! However I would like to add on to your Octane tip since you should have elaborated further. When meleeing onto the Jump Pad, you can go any direction you want, not just directly behind you. Simply hold the direction you wanna go as your melee lunges you onto the pad, simple as that.
