So about the whole house value thing mentioned at 3:15-ish.
If you build a house and then undo placing an item, you receive a 100% value refund.
If you place an item and later delete it, BUT you haven't left build mode since it was placed, you receive 90% of the original value
And if you place an item, leave build mode, and delete it some other time, you get 70% of the item's original value back

Actually, the cooking channel DOES increase your cooking skill. The only bad thing about it is; it's REALLY slow, and you only go up by like 1% each time.
Annie at 5:42 cooking and news increase, cooking skill, and intelligence skill! that was a few updates ago (when watching tv)

For 5:21 im pretty sure bloxburg made it so you get a little big of cooking skill when watching the cooking channel in the new update
you should build a house using christmas themed item only! doesn’t include walls, roofs, floors, etc. for stuff like floors and walls, though, you HAVE to use christmas colors (red, green, blue, white, etc.) btw i love ur vids annie and you always bring a smile on my face!!

3:08 MOMENT EXPLANATION: Selling a plot in bloxburg doesn't give you the exact money you spent or what the house costs because the game just like in real life makes the price of an object devalue for being used previously, it's practically the price for something in secondhand

I think bloxburg should add more common sense and a option to have a button to add feedback or update ideas and a cook book so instead of waiting for levels u don't need the lvl and just take out the cook book and select it, example: get out cook book, select donuts, they are lvl 5 cook, select it and u can now go to the fridge and get it but any other item that was lvl 5 cannot be baked or cooked because you did not read those on the cook book, and also read multiple recipes.

2:24 ⚠️⚠️DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM IF ITS STILL THERE⚠️⚠️one time last year or the beginning of 2023 I had so much christmas food and event foods, then a lady came up to my house and asked if she could do her moods, so I said yes and gave her ROOMATE and thought it was a good idea cause a few of my doors were locked and roomate couldn’t build on my plot so i gave her roomate, after a bit I saw her in my fridge like I didn’t this of it as a that big of a deal cause I thought that she was only gonna make food like cause of her moods, BUT NO I SAW HER HOLDING MY CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES AND MUCH MORE! Without thinking I kicked her out of my house, then I remembered she STILL HAD MY FOOD! I searched over the whole map for her house when I found it she had like a mood station and had put the food in the fridge.. A girl in the server saw in the chat what has happend and tried helping me with reporting her then AGAIN WITHOUT THINKING I reported her plot, Another person in the chat (Didn’t take any sides) saw that we reported the plot and said like that I could be banned from bloxburg for banning a plot without ANY reason, then I remembered that nothing inappropriate was on the plot!! I got so scared but nothing happend to this day. ⚠️⚠️DON’T DO THE SAME THING AS ME!⚠️⚠️

And about the bloxbux house value, they have values that translate into money. The value for each bloxbux item is on bloxburg wiki.
i think the prices are less when u delete the house fully because when you place something and delete it its not the original price unless you un-do it, so therefore it applies to when you delete your house fullyy like the items dont sell for the original. 🤔
yes this is true, but when u get out of build mode and go back in, it doesn’t let u undo. therefore, you couldn’t even use your house you would have to keep it in build mode for EVERR until u undo it.
so you would have to delete it :)
