I visited UC Santa Barbara and there were close to a hundred spikeball games going on at once, on the beach, the fields, and everywhere. It's like the new volleyball in some places

What a smart guy to pick up an old game and re-establish it and get the legal rights all in order (trademark and utility patent) etc. And, again smart guy as Ruder (the CEO) wanted this thing to be seen as a sport not a toy. This guy is smart and stuck to his guns This guy deserves all his success. He inspires me. This is an easy, not expensive, set up game, that can be taken practically anywhere and played by many.
I am looking for investors in my buttered toast competition. The rules are simple who ever can butter the most toasts in an allotted time, wins. If the bread gets smooshed, you lose a point. This can only be played with patented toast and butter products and the professional knife and plate kit. Please get back to me if you are interested. Our sport is expanding rapidly in England

I was at a new student college bash today and they had two of these and I had no clue what it was but I kind of guessed the gist of the game because it was a mini volleyball and had the word spike in the name 😂Even though I was playing with one other person it was really fun and decided to look it up and that’s what brought me here 😯
If Daymond wanted a licensing contingency added to the deal, it should've been part of his initial offer during the show so the guy could've taken a different deal if he didn't want to go that route.

My opinion, college football tailgaters should eat this up. Get license deals with colleges. Also, it's now $69. Slammo sports knocked it off for $39 available at Walmart and Target.
