Visited this property in april 2024 the cost was 83L. According to me location wise the price is not justified but in terms of quality its premium class. For 75L this home is good to go.
Nice property , excellent explanation n property tour guidance but you forgot to mention height of the ceiling n monthly approximate maintence ,but according to location is too high ,its not Mumbai .
