    Not worth buying.. more than 90 lacs for just 2 bhk. U can get 2 bhk in Mumbai itself in 1.2 cr

    Jitna bahar ka look accha hai uttna accha flat ka look nahi hai. Flat ka door bhi accha quality ka nahi hai. Room is too small

    Hello sir, please tell k we should invest in taloja or not. As it is developing slowly and taloja is having water and light issue as well. Please suggest as we want to invest there. Thank you

      Taloja is very quick developing location connected to metro station taloja is a better option also dronagiri and uran is also best option because they will connected in local railways station ...so it's upto you now study first take consultant and invest...

      So if you are looking in inside the Navi Mumbai that location is almost developed then taloja is the best option and if you have a patience for 4-5 years it might be 6-7 years then dronagiri ranjanpada like uran is the best option
