I would like the salsa verde over an omelette. I usually use the green Tabasco or green hatch chili sauce. Fun review.

They all sound tasty but too spicy hot for me these days. I could see using these on tacos, burritos chicken etc.

These all sound good. I don't think I would use any as dipping sauces as much as a flavor enhancer for beans, rice, tacos, etc.....

The ones with the jalepenos would have a great flavor I would eat those but not the habenero one they don't have a good flavor.

I'm right outside of Dallas, they are sold here at Sprouts Farmers Market for $6.99. I'm not sure if they have all the flavors available.
