Taig Khris, Shane Yost, and Marc Englehart would even smoke ANYONE today on vert. The Yasutoko bros could actually win this even blindfolded. The level isnt even close. Riders these days are 25% if that of what they were doing in early 00's.
i got fourth place in this event and couldnt agree more with you my friend, the level nowadays is not even close to the big and great 90s or early 00´s, but this year 2024 the level grew a bit more, they were even doing doubles back and forth, i´d love to skate at least 50% of shane yost´s level
If you want some crazy high altitude on that ramp, you can check Takeshi Yasutoko in 2019: ruclips.net/video/pQfUV3agFyg/видео.html . Or Leonardo Vinicius (9 years old!, but be carefull, it's skateboarding, not roller :D): ruclips.net/video/40c8vdbJWgE/видео.html
Ye but some of those (not) Twins, just Brothers tricks are insane on the one side but look ugly on the other hand. The California-10 is rly rly nice, but the Twister is not a good-looking Trick. imho
@@kaimodo1366 LMAO THE YASUTOKO BROS HAD THE BEST STYLE OF ALL TIME. You are tripping. Takeshi's viking flip is signature. Eito can double back 180 and the way he uses his legs to generate rotation on his california roll was pure art. Watch the 2003 Xgames vert final and shut your fucking mouth. Taig Khris, Shane Yost, and Marc Englehart would even smoke ANYONE today on vert. The level isnt even close. Riders these days are 25% if that of what they were doing in early 00's.

Some nice tricks. But for a vert Ramp, they all were pretty low in altitude, expect the Blue one

@@VouskProd Nice, thx 4 the Link, this 9-year-old has rly skill and a nice altitude for that age.
It requires alot of power and energy to keep it, like years and years of practice
Respect to all, I know this Halfpipe in Strasbourg (La Rotonde)! You really need Balls! 😁👍✌🤙
6:30 once you clock what crowed want, and know you can give to them.
Look up the Japanese twins from the 90s xgames. Make all these guys step it up

The yasitoku brothers, those dude were the shit, could air like 11ft
Yeah the yasudoku brothers or something like that!!
It's not a halfpipe. It is a vert
Hmm, I'm pretty sure vert belongs to halfpipe family. Anyway, here, "Roller Halfpipe" is strictly the name of the competition event at this contest.
Vert skating has degraded to an embarrassing low! Rene hulgreen and Tom fry are laughing at all of you! Sad truth of rollerblading
That music does not suit rolelrbladding its cringe who ever thought it was a good genre choice
