I made this and it turned out great. I ended up adding in 1 1/2 cups of dehydrated pomegranates (which were juiced) and 2 cups of dehydrated apple slices for the fruit. I love having a go to recipe for using up all the remaining nut pulp. I bought 10lbs of walnuts so I'm finding ways to use them. Good stuff
FINALLY!!! A granola recipe that doesn’t have peanut butter! Not allergic, but I can definitely appreciate simplicity. I’m making a 3x batch right now THANK YOU🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
This is great! I love granola, and after doing the math I realized I wasn't saving any money (I buy store brand almond milk and I get a good deal on almonds at Sam's). I also get burned out eating oatmeal. The perfect solution! But wait 15-20 min for it to cool? I spread some out on a plate to cool quickly and I can rest some in about 5 min.

Yay! I'm glad you're enjoying it. Yes, I always store mine in a airtight container or a mason jar. It lasts about 4-5 days at room temp, store it in the fridge after.
Hi there! Silpat mats are used to line and insulate pans for super-easy nonstick baking. If you don't have it, no worries! You can use parchment paper instead.
@@bridgetwagar8007 OMG i just made this with honey instead of maple. and it tastes soooooooooooo good! i added almond flakes, coconut flakes, raisins and walnut to it. i love it!!

Can I use honey to substitute for the maple syrup?
Yes definitely! Warm up the honey so it isn't too thick to combine with the dry ingredients.

Any neutral oil! Canola, vegetable, sunflower, or grapeseed will work!
