This is my FAVORITE biopic of all time. I have watched it at least 5 times - my hair still stands up at the end when "Bittersweet symphony" plays, and he starts typing what would become the first draft of this movie. Peter Dinklage was AMAZING as Herve - he takes you through so many emotions over the course of the movie..... Jamie Dornan and Andy Garcia were just BRILLIANT also - Even the musical accompaniment throughout was PERFECT. This movie deserves better than the 6.9 rating it has on IMDB - that made me sick - it deserves at the very LEAST an 8.5 to 9 I have so many questions - Was Sacha's alcoholism portrayed truthfully? Are the actual interview recordings available anywhere? EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS MOVIE IN THEIR LIFETIME 🥰😎
It’s become one of my favorite movies ..so I know what you mean as an 80’s kid I watched fantasy island and wondered what happened at the end when I heard he passed I was sad for him but wondered what happened I heard different stories but this explains a lot…poor guy went thru a lot in his life RIP HERVE🙏
