I'll be looking through $1000 worth of $1 Bills from my local bank. All 10 of these $100 $1 Bill straps were made by bank tellers, also known as teller straps. I typically have better luck when searching federal reserve notes strapped by the Federal Reserve rather than by the bank employees. We're hoping to find more rare star notes, any valuable old bills, or any fancy or cool serial numbers in these circulated stacks of bills. I hope you enjoy this bit of bill hunting with me. I was happy to not only find a bunch of $1 star notes, but a few cool bills as well! Real cool video Rob, not the best of finds for $1,000 in ones😖 Just like metal detecting, the enthusiasm, curiosity and fun is there always!!! Crazy enough, this is the first time I remember hearing about a birthday note! I love that, so many people are sentimental. Now I will be looking for my kids b day #'s on Bill's and putting them away to give if I can find all 3🤙 Thanks Rob 💯
Hey Rob, nice to see you upload again! Glad to hear the penny rolls are coming back to me soon, cuz I’m probably getting some lol, good luck with the bills! I never really hunt them but I do check the ones i have in general
Good video, Rob! I'm on my 3rd binder of saved notes I've found -never bought any- and plan to sell at some point. I will send you a few pictures to see what you think. 😉 👍
I like the bill hunts not a lot of smaller denomination bills to search here in Canada except for the 5 dollar note. There was talk of a 5 dollar coin for Canada but that seems to have been put on hold for now.
My brother is like a magnet for star notes. He gets them in change 2 or 3 times a month.... Good thing about that is he let me exchange them out one for one😀
Not a bag hunt Rob. I'm personally still on the search for a $1 star note from Philadelphia, I'm pretty sure the last run that was printed for Philadelphia was back in the Series 2003, so definitely a tougher bank to find.
Hi Rob. You are checking the back of your bills for light ink and heavy bleed through errors, right? I’ve seen some of them sell for a ton, so I’m curious. Thank you for all the fantastic content. You have helped me out so much as a beginner.
Im trying to learn to find cool bills worth more money. My gf is a stripper and im a nerd so i have like 1000's of bills a month to flip through i just found 3 * notes in 400$.
Is it worth keeping a bill with TWO raised digits on the end? I know you said it's kinda common for them to have a raised digit on the end but I have a $1 with a raised 00 on the end.
Hi Rob, thanks for another awesome vid! Have you ever encountered a $1 star note with the right hand star being filled in with ink? Thoughts on value/rarity? I found it and I think it's super neat, and has 3 zeros like the one you found in this vid :)
I don’t remember how much but I just watched a video and the ones with the infield in our valuable you can find it here in RUclips I just don’t remember where I watched it good luck
I can’t believe someone would pay $400 for a star note but I guess there’s all kinds of collectors. I only got several with six serial number is the same, radars, and some from 1957 and later. Don’t see many from the 1900s anymore. I found some 1950 $10 and $20 bills in the past but I sold them. The coin shop wouldn’t give me much over face value for them.
I'm sure if you Posted them birthday notes In some paper money groups u'll get more than half saying they are not birthday notes because since they are American notes they need to read MM/DD/YYYY..
I've been looking for these at work ( I work at a Credit Union) but I also check for what I've dubbed "math notes" like pi or phi. have you ever heard of these being a thing?

@BaddGeekSquad BOOM!
Hmm never have bill searched. Might have to try that to change things up a bit. Thanks Rob for another entertaining video!
@@baddgeeksquad man you are fast.....✌️
@@RobFindsTreasure yes, every bank teller has to recount everything strapped, then they restrap it, so you can ask for the original strap back,
I was number 3 👍I always look 👀 for star notes 🤩

Finding a good score in a bill hunt is tough - but if you don't look, you can't find anything! Another great video!
Much love rob! I always check every bill that comes in my hand!
Great video bro! Thank you!
Nice to see another bill search every once in a while fun to learn also. Keep the videos coming.

It's always fun watching bill searching.
Can you give us an idea of what other finds might be worth, like b-day notes & others?
old birthday notes could have a major historical event on that day :) worth a check for that kind of thing
So many almosters, happens every bill hunt I feel. Fun video, thanks Rob
Always a fun hunt!! Thanks for sharing. I always forget to check serial numbers when I get bills.....
Interesting video. Thank you for sharing.
I liked the where's George bills. Another interesting niche of collecting. Can't remember last time I found one.
Nice search Rob! I enjoy your bill search videos!!
Time for a "Bill Search" hunting mat to add to the collection!!!!
Love the strap searches, even if they aren't the most exciting!!
I like the mat with the late queen Elizabeth photo.
I always love the bill hunts!! My fav I think! 🤘🤘
Love leaning new things :) Thanks Rob!
Love the bill searches Rob. Keep the good stuff coming!!!
Not a bad bill hunt Rob, love them starnotes brother 👍 I keep every single one I find, lol

Woohoo! Ty for currency searching!
My brother is like a magnet for star notes. He gets them in change 2 or 3 times a month.... Good thing about that is he let me exchange them out one for one😀
Wow
This was FUN !!
I would love to find a 1977A. Just one of the 4 notes I need to complete my FRN search.
Thanks for the video!

How much a batch of 50 star notes mixed
Its so nice how you can do all you do, in such short time?
Excellent
Nov 19th 1985. 8 days past, Back to the Future. 🤔 Could not find a better note. 🥰
I'm missing a 77A and a 69A for my dollar bill collection.
Good luck
Cool vid! Do you still get together with Raven and SS on Monday nights?
Yes, we were live last night on SS's Channel.
What sights do you use to f8nd out the worth of the bill? Can you share

That 1977A note was printed in October of 1980. You would have been 6 years old at the time.
Is it worth keeping a bill with TWO raised digits on the end? I know you said it's kinda common for them to have a raised digit on the end but I have a $1 with a raised 00 on the end.
I have a question what bank do you go to that you think is best for half dollar
Do you every get any bills with the front plate and back plate number the same ?
Dang man I would have loved to have that 1977 note as that’s my mint year and I never really see them
How difficult is it to find a bill from a particular year? Im looking for a 1989 dollar bill. Do you recommend this method of searching?
How do you get money coming from fed reserve?
I have a twenty dollar bill series 2009 star note
1
You should see the blown out Star notes I find in the vault at the casino I work at
Always interesting
I really don't know what I'm doing with star notes had people give me a website and one of them showed up red like that
Quick question, how do you get notes strapped by the Federal Reserve?
You have to request/order them from your bank.
I put my worthless * notes back in circulation for someone else to find and have fun.
Wats best way to sell I've got binaries flippers under 1000 serial numbers some cool numbers no idea where to sell ebay looks dead
Found my 5th Barr note of the year and a 1929 Buffalo nickel today.

MM/DD/YYYY..
True, which is why I said to the right collectors. It still reads ok to most.
But most will just buy for a novelty and then get spent for gas money. Sad truth behind the birthday notes
@@diggingindiana1464 Most? Only those that feel it has value to them.
Fun fun lol
the first is almost my birthday. I born 1991 06 24 ! WOW
Rob, someday you will regret not saving a few of those 1990’s bills because how often do you even see them now? Not much!
Still asking for a dime book series
The 1934 01 03 is my birthday just wrong year. Lol I was born in 1999!!

How much would my $5 bill starnote be worth?
My daughter was born on 1991 but the dated and month was incorrect :( Wow 😁
I've been looking for these at work ( I work at a Credit Union) but I also check for what I've dubbed "math notes" like pi or phi. have you ever heard of these being a thing?
Why paper money? Maybe if you found an error note but star notes are all but worthless.
