7:20 On the left we have Rob Herrera and on the right we have Counterparts. I like the idea that Counterparts has had so many line up changes that Counterparts is now just Brendan and everyone else is just backing band
Gotta give credit to Jesse, he wrote a lot of the music for quite some time and even helped on the new record. He was a big part of the sound from the beginning. They channelled bands like Shai Hulud, Saints Never Surrender, and even Misery Signals in their own way. I started listening to them when the split with fellow Canadians Exalt came out and was absolutely floored. The Current Will Carry Us was a deconstructed more raw side of them that was done with the help of prolific producer/guitarist Jay Maas. I eventually couldn't relate to the "I wanna kill myself, I'm miserable and damaged" rhetoric but a lot of people still need to hear that. Just remember, you have a choice and being a victim will get you nowhere, get serious about getting help and helping yourself. Boysetsfire says it best with their song "Requiem". Its okay to feel like that sometimes but remaining in that frame of mind is no way to lead your short time on earth. I wish the best for Brendan and the guys, not a diss. Hope you guys have a good day!

I don't know. Blake, Kyle and Alex were a part of the band for quite some time.
