Hello.. I want to ask, what is the size of the motor's electronic capacitor? I fixed exactly the same as that one, but the capacitor is gone along with the nameplate. information please, thank you
I had the same problem with my YJ 93600 as it was taking a long time to reach 60 microns. I called tech support and they weren't helpful and acted like it was news to them. I like your diagnosis and would like to know if it helped.
HELP! I have a four year old yellow jacket M#93600 that stopped pulling a vacuum yesterday in the middle of a job. I looked at the oil through the sight glass and the oil was very cloudy. I changed the oil the day before. It has been acting strange for some time now. It humms but won't pull further into microns now. The only way I can get it to get down to -29.9 is by tilting it one way or another then it seems to "catch" and start pumping again. I had another cheaper pump do the same thing. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and if it is a coupler that has broke, bad o-ring/seal or both.
I'm not sure. I had a pump that had a bad electrical connection. Could be the same issue Or maybe something is seized. If its used on a daily basis,it may be time to replace. If your working for a company I would have them get you a new one.
I want to have a Coupling Set for my Vacuum pump How to avail my Coupling Set with rubber for my 1/3 hp motor.. pks. help me how to get. thank you so much !!.
What would the air leaking be from then? I just got a brand new pump and it is weak- I can feel air coming out from the same seam when it’s trying to pull a vacuum.
@@a.e.c.heatingcoolingllc6815 Thats sucks that you cant buy a gasket. I would have removed it and filled the channel with RTV silicone. If it works on Craftsman lawn tractor transmissions, it should work for this, I would think.

It doesn't have to do anything with that gasket. This gasket is not working under pressure.
It would not pull a good vacuum
