It’s inevitable that given enough time, every chord combination in every key *will* be played. If Red Vox is to survive the coming DMCArmagrddon, the only reasonable option is to escape to the one place that hasn’t been corrupted by capitalism- SPACE. From there, Vinny and the band can re-imagine themselves as R3D V0X, and beam down purely A.I-created revisions of existing genres and songs.
I've actually used artbreeder/ganbreeder outputs for my album art too. I mostly just edit the image to smooth out some irregularities like pattern alignments, or add some filters and titles.
I wonder how many people come back to these "Vinny talking about Red Vox" videos. Someone who talks about alot of movies, shows, youtube channels and, especially, bands that I'm a fan of, having a band that makes music I put on the same level as some of the bands and artists he talks about, is like the perfect combination. I had a feeling he'd talk about the similarities, Walking Illusion and Reaglin both have very similar inflections. Perhaps he subconsciously picked it up? The album art is amazing and I love the included progress shots, imo the final painting perfectly matches the atmosphere of the song, Simply beautiful. I only got it at the same time because my preorder was part of the very first run (Whee backer benefits) The album that group made before didn't get on vinyl until literally a year after it was digital. Still bought both lol. BASICALLY you're fine. You can absolutely launch it digitally and then wait.
