I’ve found that styling wet in the shower after using the bowl method, then plopping in a turbie towel for 30 min, then scrunching out the excess w the towel and then air drying provides the beeeessssst moisture and juice in my curls!! Anytime I don’t do this or style damp I get less moisture.
I will definitely be trying that detangle before shampoo tip!!!

I understand you deep condition your hair in the shower but how long would I leave it in for before rinsing out ?
it all depends if im in a rush Ill leave it in 5-10 mins if not ill just put on a cap & leave it in for 30 minutes!
