I mean yeah... Ariana dyed her hair for Cat, but by season 2 onward Jade's hair was dyed either Black or a darker brown and had an array of colors in it.

As a stage performer, it is hard watching your own stuff. One reason is it takes a bit of watching to get used to hearing your voice as everybody else hears it. Your bones make the voice seem deeper. Also, you pickup on possible nervous ticks showing during your stage time. The more critical of yourself that you are, the worse the watching session is.
I understand why, I've done a movie making camp and I don't like watching the short films I'm in, either. It's super embarrassing for me, and I would see how it might be similar for TV shows and movies.
Jade was my favorite character, cat is my favorite singer and tori is one of my favorite actresses

I feel like the hair colors were very appropriate for there characters. The brown hair for Trina and Tori were basic like their characters also to have the same hair color makes sense because they're sisters. Jade wouldn't fit with red hair because her character is an E girl. So Ariana's character was the only one that would fit with her hair dyed red.
But because of that, Ariana's hair got damaged from constantly dying it.

Both Ariana and Victoria have stated multiple times that they're not the ones who didn't get along. Ariana said it was someone who worked on Broadway with her.
Edit to add: Ariana and Victoria have also both promoted each others new music
As far as I know the only one who worked with her was Elisabeth Gillies(Jade) but they were pretty close on set so idk

With the acception of the last thing they was mentioned on this video I'd say everything else that they mentioned is pretty accurate.
The only accepted is the so called hatred or feud going on between Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande it's been mentioned so much that people are so sick and tired of hearing about it and frankly its not even true because their are lots of photos of Victoria and Ariana out their afterwards at awards shows like on 2014 and they recently had a 10 years reunion to celebrate when the show first hit the air in 2010 and the fact that both girls have had very good careers since the show was cancelled in August 2012, while Arianas musical career has skyrocketed big time, Victoria's didn't go as well so she decided to put her focus back on her acting since it's her forte anyway and will go back to singing when she feels like it, since leaving the show Victorious both have had very good careers Ariana Grande with her singing career and Victoria Justice with her acting career and has cohosted the Teen Choice Awards with WWE Superstar John Cena in 2016 and hosted the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards show in 2020 from her home via the internet has done lots of TV shows and movies before that and is even working on a show right now as a matter of fact but everything else they mentioned on this video is pretty much a fact.

We all know jade can sing, make short videos, Cat is talented can juggle, Sing, and dance. Tori can sing, Robbie Can play 3 instruments, and can master a puppet (Rex) , Trina got in cause sikowitz was basically high on spoiled coconut milk, Beck got in cause he can act, and Andre got in cause he's good with many instruments, and a good song writter, sinjin is good with a trumpet, and the other horn thingy, and is good with staging
