- BougeRV CRD45 48 quart fridge review. This fridge is a great bang for your buck! I have been looking into a fridge for my toyota tacoma overland build for months now. Trying to find a fridge this feature packed is rare! A duel zone fridge at this price point is hard to find as well.
I will continue to use this moving forward and update you guys on it as we move forward. But from now on this is my go to for all my camping and overland cooler needs.

This fridge is absolutely recommend,I have 2 different sizes of it. One 45 liter and one 75 liter.
The fridge comes in many different brands, but essentially it's the dame product.
All those fridges are equipped with a LG compressor.
Only small details are different like wheel's or not, one lid or 2, and they all have the same possibilty to attach an internal battery so it can find independent from other power sources for 12 till 24 hours.
The different brands I found are: of course bougerv, cn portable fridge, hyckes fridges what I have, Brunner fridge and many more.
But all they are good quality and do the job perfectly.
Brass Monkey in Australia, previously Rovin. Excellent value. I have an 18L and 45L + batteries + 100W solar panel. Perfect setup for day trips or 1/2 nights camping.
What type of compressor? I need reliability. Thats why i paid premium for an iceco jp40!
Just ordered the crd45 for camping. Great review!
Awesome! Glad you liked the review. I mounted mine in the truck last weekend. It's awesome!
Great video as always ❤
Thank you!!
Nice review. Good job getting these companies to send this stuff to you.
Love it!!
Thanks for the video. Going to bite the bullet and purchase for my 2024 overland year in my 2019 Ram Ecodiesel rig. Going from Northern BC Canada to Overland Expo PNW. should give me the chance to also put it through it’s paces
Nice
How many amps does it need at the plug?
When are you going to be putting it in the truck cabin?
Very soon!! Haha
I was planning on getting this in the 35 size. Any info on the battery that goes into the compartment?
Used one a little bit with another BougeRV fridge. They last about 5hrs. Pretty nice if you want to use without power station
@@ModernDayViking I mean the information on it. What is it called? Do you have a link? I see several batteries from them but they are large. I mean the one that goes into the little compartment.

What kind of compressor does it have? Hopefully not Chinese!!!
So how is your "long time" review after 6 Month?
I have it mounted in back of my truck currently and it's running. Basically have had it running 24/7 since mounting it in the truck. No issues at all
Beautiful face, have you looked in a mirror, your as ugly as I am! All kidding aside, I'm done with ice too and love my Bougerv fridge. I've had it for over a year and love it.
If they sent you a free product for review, shouldn't there be a "Includes paid promotion" at the start of the video? Free product = obviously biased review.
Where's the long term review? I see nada
Thanks for reminding me I'll have to make one! I have it mounted in the back of my truck and still use it everyday. I just used it for an 10 hour drive a day ago!
"MoDeRn DaY ViKiNg" 😂😂😂 oh vikings would definitely be doing 12v fridge reviews nowadays 😂😂😂 fucking cringe
