i agree and thanks a lot for the work Susanne! I’m learning it right now and comparing with the original song and I hear that two chords are swapped in the og song compare to here, when it goes "can I shooow my love for you" the chords actually don’t follow the melody but it’s reversed, so F#6 first and then F#13 (we can clearly hear the E playing when Yabba says "love")

Excellent tutorial. I’m learning a bunch. But I have a question I can’t seem to wrap my head around. Is there a reason you chose to omit the root in the c# major chord on the word “River”? And if so. Why does that chord not change from being a c#?
Hi S G. Thank you, I'm glad that you are learning. For me, this is actually just a question of taste. I might as well play the root, but I enjoy the sound of this voicing and I do not miss the c#, especially because it is present in the melody on "...ver's overflowing...". The chord is still a C#-major, I can't explain why actually. It just is :)
