Wearing a low cut collar like a tee-shirt puts a jacket into direct contact with the skin which will eventually create a stain (ring around the collar).
To prevent staining the jacket collar while wearing a tee-shirt I drape a scarf over my shoulders and under my jacket to eliminate skin contact.
In the summer months (I'm in a desert region) I use a sheer black polyester scarf to protect my jackets.
The draped scarf looks great and offers another item to color match.
Spezzato (Italian for broken) which means wearing a suit jacket with odd colored trousers or jeans is my favorite way to dress. I dress spezzato with name brand skate/basketball shoes (basically navy deck shoes like pictured above) and always color match the shoes with at least one element of my outfit. Adidas Top 10, New Balance 212, Vans Sk8 Hi, Converse All Stars, Nike Blazers are all really good example of shoes that work well with a suit jacket.

Just bought a brown patterned suit that looked great with the black tshirt I wore into the shop. Question is tucked or untucked?
Keeping the T-shirt tucked in gives way better aesthetic.
