I wanna clarified that First Hotel Bangkok was demolished around 4 years ago! I am often a traveler to Bangkok and I stayed there 1 time, indeed its extremely creepy with all wooden furnishes. There is a feeling of being watched all the time. I just returned from bangkok as a business traveller last week and stayed in Asia hotel! Cant believe you didnt include this one! The most haunted and oldest hotel build in 1966 and also caught fire that killed 13 pax in 1990s. My stay was unpleasant, the fridge vibrate itself! and lights turn off automatically, I changed room. For the rest of my stay there are always some odd noise above even room is vacant upstairs. I also have been pin down in bed on my 2nd night, frightening experience. Not my first time staying in Asia Hotel but this time round, its unforgettable.

Bankok Place is the most hunted hotel due to the gas tanker explosion that kill so many people instantly. Most of the spirits seek this hotel for refuge.

I was near the Jomtien Beach Hotel with my parents when the fire happened. We've seen desperate people jumping off the building as the smoke covered most of the hotel. Very tragic, althought death is always around the corner in the Pattaya's 90s.

spirits are everywhere, doesn’t have to be at thailand.. even in ur house u have the spirits who already there before ur dad/grandad built ur house….
but actually first place that i avoid to travel is thailand.. its place that i believe it has great one per one karma, means be careful on where u step on ur feet, ur good deeds or bad deeds can directly be paid on that place.. believe or not ? u can try ^_^
but anywhere there are always spirits around, its just u cant see them,
but 2 strong places with alot of disturbance for poltergeist is japan and thailand

I think this video was designed for a Taiwanese audience, and they did the conversion to Taiwanese dollars instead of Thai Baht. This makes the Taiwanese audience understand how cheap it is to stay at Citin Sukhumvit Hotel.

Bangkok palace hotel is the lowest ranking 5 star hotel in Bangkok, scoring only 6 out of 10 in guest rating.
The hotel sure ain’t luxury but old tiered worn out last refurbished in the 90s

Bangkok Palace hotel case, it was not an oil tanker. If I remember correctly, it was a gas tanker tansporting dangerous chimical that happen to be flamable. It crash turn up side down and burst into huge fireball. People were burnt alive, hundreds of them. However, overall, your info pretty accurate.
The Citin Sukhumvit. I would like to point out how you pronounce was wrong. If you say it to the Thai, their first reaction would've been they had no idea what you were talking about. The correct way to pronounce this something like this, "Su-Kum-Vit". Just pointing out and I don't mean anything by it. It just sound wierd, and my first reaction was, I don't know that place, even I myself an expat. I was used to hear people call "Su-Kum-Vit", even all the foriegn tourist called this way.
Then the two hotels in Pattaya, I was amazed of your accurate info. The Jomtian Hotel, info spotted on. The Thai police had to use the hellicoptor to move victims that got stucked on the top floor. Elevators and stairs can't be used due to the fire.
As for the other hotel that you said transgender got killed. The police report said, this gay man was killed by the two Thai boy prositute. The two boys(around 16-20 years old, can't remember) were normal man, they just take up this odd job for money. Then when they finish their business, the two boys got greedy and decided to kill and rob this gay man. They ended up killing him and hide his body under the bed. And this gay man body were found because the guest the use this room next smell a very strong decay and report to the hotel. Then hotel report to the police.
Overall, I'm impressed. Your info are quire accurate. The reason I'm impress, the info you provided normally not accessable to the foreign. Only when you lived there, you would've heard of the info. And again, not all foriegn in Thailand know info you provide. I know of those info because I was there on every single occasion you mentioned. I saw it on the news. Except the gas tanker case, I hear it from the TV show that on air talk about it on the aniversary of the tragic incident.

Suicide is very common otherwise in Thailand. I had been in Thailand a countless of times and I remember one busy day when I was on my way to the beach, I saw a lot of police cars parked in front of the hotel and in the ground I saw a woman lying dead. Found out later that she was shot by her husband because she was sleeping with a foreigner she met at the hotel.
