Everyone turned Dame down until they saw the value in Jay. Dame either didn't realize Jay was the key or he did & his ego got in the way. Leading him to do things like not referring to his business partner by his name but calling him "My artist".
I get the impression Jay Z almost foresaw what was going to become of Dame Dash. Its like he knew he had to separate from him. I was amazed to hear that Dame had agreed to pay Kevin Bacon and Naomi Campbell 3 million dollars for an add campaign before Jay vetoed it, but i was not surprising. It sounds like a clout chasing image boosting move that Dame would do

I wonder why he won’t start his own independent music label, and sign independent artists? Maybe it’s because the music industry is different now, an artist can upload a song from their phone and get 500k views.

That's funny but no, we don't have anything against Dame Dash. We are covering his journey from the top down to where he reported himself that he was flat broke at his divorce proceedings.

Plus in court smart people say all sorts of stuff to protect they ass, so he is not where Jay Z is at financially, but he is not a bum you trying to paint him as, some people do not care what Dame's goals are and whether he is achieving them or not, they just want forbes to say his net worth matches Jay Z's, to consider him successful... Get your facts right bro, what kind of journalism is this reporting on a person's current situation based on what he said 15 years ago ''in court'' where he was obviously trying to work the system... @@verbalverbal2019 Dames Broke my guy. He squandered his millions on failed businesses. He spent to much time crying over Jay-z and beefing with everyone that looked in his direction. He’d still have a couple of hundred thousand right now had he not try to steal movies from Muddy Water Picture and Mafietta and the lawyer that came after him is the same one he clowned in his deposition. He recently clowned Irv Gotti when Gotti could’ve put some bread in his pocket to help his struggle studio. Dame still crying about the break with Jay and it been 18 years. Russ told him 18 years ago with all of the beef and fights he’s got got going on that he didn’t think he could comeback and Russ was right.
