@@MattAndKelly we’ve booked to go on Iona in February and Anthem of the seas in June. Both cruises set sail from Southampton. Do you know what time they ordinarily set off and whether it’s worth travelling to Southampton the day before? We’d be coming from West Yorkshire.
Most of the cruises we’ve been on with P&O have left Southampton around 18:00, not sure about Royal Caribbean though?? In our experience of when we fly, we always stay in a hotel the night before, for us it takes away all the worrying, (if we get struck in traffic, car breaks down, trains are cancelled) also the holiday starts a day early so you can just chill out 😊🥂 Hope this is of some help, we hope you have a couple of fantastic cruises 😁
we have been to rohdes and turkey with my wife ,loved it. and when i was younger it whent to malta . stayed on gozo island . my mates dad was maltese and lived on gozo .

Thanks for this insight. We would definitely do an excursion to Ephesus from here as not into shopping. Weather’s always a bit unsettled this early in the year but hope it improved for you. You both seem a bit flat during this cruise. Hope you enjoyed it as time went on.
The weather was a big disappointment, but as you say no the perfect time of year, we hopefully look a bit happier as time goes on 🤔😂thanks for watching 😊
Hi Matt and Kelly another great vlog always pack an umbrella. Wouldn’t like to go to Kusadasi the wife loves shopping. How are you finding the inside cabin do you think you will be booking another inside Cabin in the future. We got back two weeks ago inside cabin on the Britannia around the canaries. Another great cruise,but prefer the Iona. Keep up the great vlogs,hope to bump into you both when your next on Iona.

Great place to visit. Shame it wasn't a bit sunnier for you. One thing. It's a bit difficult to make it what you're saying in the restaurant cos of all the background noise. Does the microphone have like a directional or "interview"mode vs picking up everything?
We are using a new GoPro with a media kit but it isn’t that good to be honest, we will be purchasing some external wireless mics for the next adventure, we have been disappointed to start the least with this camera😔it seems to be better with our other camera though. Nothing worse than being hassled to go into stores/ or followed around stores having someone staring at everything you look at. I understand competition for tourists but it puts people off!
It definitely isn’t you, we were recording a lot on our new GoPro, with a media kit, not very impressed at all☹️ we have now invested in some wireless mics. This will hopefully improve the audio. The sound quality that is good is from our regular camera. Thanks for your comments and we hope that you continue to support our channel 👍🏻😊

Hi, did you have to wear a mask most of the time on the ship, did it spoil your cruise?
Hi, no we didn’t need to wear a mask at all apart from getting on and off the ship and in the theatre 👍🏻
