I follow your recipes. This one too is my all time favourite. But as a goan we do not add kotmir in any of our recipes except for coconut chutney. Will try it this way too

I have a variation to this salad. After shredding them, I pound them lightly. Then I marinate them with a mixture of lime juice, vinegar AND olive oil. I later mix them with the same greens you used. 😜
