Im glad I got to find Casey through the Rwby openings but come to enjoy every song she sings, to see her improve as she got older and having her own band to create their own stories Most people have that one artist or band that's always stuck with them that they share or keep to themselves because they're underrated or a hidden gem. Casey has always been that one artist for me that I can say I've always known and cherished as I grew older
Watching her grow up with RWBY was insane. Every season she got a new level. And I didn't even know about this band until recently, but thank god for this, because I think I was going to have separation anxiety from her sounds lol, you know if they can't save RWBY for some reason.

Beautiful track! Lovely melodic progginess. The bass keeping the groove flowing underneath, the light atmospherics and delicate piano on top. Which makes the contrast all the more satisfying when that unsettling dissonance creeps in towards the end - what a wonderful mood shift. Really excited to see what the full album has to offer!

I like the open chords, it's like night and day between 'The Bear' and this song! But that crescendo toward the end, coming out of the slow part and the very tastily done guitar solo was so good I had to rewind to hear it again.
It has been just over a day, and after listening to this song quite a few times, I can say with confidence that I love the way it is incredibly different than most of OK Goodnights songs, it has the feel of an OK Goodnight song, but gives a much more peaceful feeling, much like Astray does. Of course, being a prog rock band, they had to sneak the little section towards the end of the song. If this and The Bear are the two song they are willing to tease, I'm confident in the rest of this album. Definitely one of my favourite songs.
