You think thats bad last year o ordered a new arai helmet from sports bike shopthe first one came marked and the second. I then complained and said is no fucker checking anything in the bloody warehouse before dispatch? They then told me the manager would check the last one before it was sent out. That also arrived damaged and they then put me on a wait list for another one as it was on sale at 450 down from 600. I canceled it in the end and got one from Manchester dianeese store off ebay. That arrived mint first time.

They do seem to have some major quality issue's... Cheap prices but 50% chance of receiving a damaged one 🙄
