Size Large because otherwise the back CE2 is too short.....I’m a 39.5 chest and it fits well, 34 waist, hope this helps it’s a great top....if only the Racer could have CE protection on the chest

XL:180 Height 110-117 chest...What a weird size chart.I am like you 1.80 102-105 chest..But i think the Large on you is too small..I see that the pads on you is not sitting in the right spot..There are siting a bit to high and make the jacket look to bulky.That is why the back is to short on you..Also i see that is very tight on you and as you said it is a struggle get it on and off..The racer sits on you perfectly because it is more loose than the Scott and the shoulder elbow pads is more downside and perfect fit....I am very confused.There is no other review on the net to see the jacket.Just you.I think the XL would be better for us...But again the 110-117 chest that Scott says for the XL is way too big..And the 1.70 height Large says is way to short. Sorry for the long comment but i think we are in the right way for the PERFECT body armor. Thanks again for sharing !!!

What size are you wearing on the scott and what is your size chart.
