      No way to pretend this suffering isn’t happening last night a dog froze to death chained to a flimsy outhouse and in Hawaii I can’t leave my house without seeing endless abused chained suffering dogs. It’s against CDC guidelines !!!!!!!! Yes drink herbal tea a yes don’t listen to 440 hz etc etc but I’d you have a heart it’s kids hard not to have anxiety unless you are very very insulated

      @@foxyauragems6146 there is nothing wrong with protecting your inner self from outside negativity. Doesn't mean you have to ignore it just acknowledge it , do what you can to help and accept it if its out of your hands

    The catastrophic thinking is my main issue. I do wear a band. I will use it more often! Also the colored breathing sounds so peaceful. Going to put into motion today! Thanks and peace to you!

    Good morning Dennis! I listened to this while doing tapping, swaying & combing. I watched that video last night for my morning routine 😊 I chose color to start! Green is a calming color that I LOVE 😊

    I am in tears watching this. Have been struggling with extreme health anxiety for about 9 months now and I am honestly just exhausted :( Feeling hopeless at the moment. I am going to try 2 and 4. Thank you.

      If you find yourself reading this, I would like to say that your response to the video really resonated with me. I too have really struggled with health anxiety for a similar amount of time to yourself and find myself (especially when I’m alone or at night) beyond terrified and only being able to sleep once my body has exhausted itself. I really sympathise with you and I’ll be thinking of your recovery as I go through mine.

    I need help with this anxiety. I can't remember when I had a good night's sleep or a good meal!!
    Its like my body is trying to kill itself!!!
    In really getting scard, if I'm ever going to be myself again. Off and on since I was a little girl. Now it's only getting worse. About to just give up. Wish I would die so I could feel normal again!!!

      I'm sitting in an airport having horrible anxiety. I feel like my body is also trying to kill itself. It makes me want to give up, but we have to keep going. We will overcome this but we will have to battle for normalcy. Our bodies are so powerful and were made to survive. Our inner child is just scared of the outside world.

    The breathing in a colour really works for me !
    I breath in pink and exhale grey.
    This helps with the light headed feeling I get most of the time.

    I catastrophize everything and it sends me spiraling. Snapping the band is definitely my #1 goal. Every feeling of anxiety I get is leading me to death so this hack hit home. I’m gonna just put a rubber band around my wrist for this purpose!

      Were you able to get rid of catastrophizing everything? Currently anything I think about leads me to catastrophize and gets my head hurting and spiraling as you say.

    I will be using both #4 and #5 starting now. These are two common things that happen to me that I still hold on to and catastophize when both occur. Thank you for reminding me of these hacks and as always thank you for being there for the Warriors of the world. We are so lucky one of us understands as much as you do and also has knowledge to bring us to a more manageable life!

    I really like the color breathing one which is what I think I’ll try first. I have been struggling with mental health issues for most of my life but for the past 5 years, it has been extreme anxiety around my death and the death of those around me.

    Dennis you must have ESP! I have songs so programmed in my head 24/7. Like when I go into my bedroom to go to sleep the same song pops in and I don’t even realize it for a minute or so. And other songs play in the background ALL day! So programmed!! :(

    I am definitely going to try the color breathing and the elastic I already wrapped around my arm just had to make sure to look for one that wont cut off my circulation lol. I love you main warrior...if you need anything, know that - I am here for you as well my brother, stay safe!

    I strongly identified most with the catastrophic thinking that leads me to my anxiety symptoms.     Thank you for the videos Dennis. I just watched one of your health anxiety videos..I didn't know working out, meditation. Yoga.. doing things to help with the sensations.. at first I was trying to ignore my sensations but I learned accept them and let them do their thing. The working out, keeping me distracted helped me cope and get back to my normal life. Two months ago I wasn't doing much, didn't leave the house... now I'm somewhat back to my normal life
    Less sensations. I feel somewhat better. Every day gets easier.. some days are better then others though

    Hello Dennis, thank you for the video. My anxiety mostly comes from low self esteem and having people around me (social anxiety). I will start using the color breathing and the rubber band snap. I was wondering if you could redo your morning affirmations for social anxiety. There are some audio problems in the first 10 minutes of the video. I could really use that video. Thank you.

    I thought I had brain damage do to anxiety because I had a multi songs play over and over again. Black eyed peas song with Shakira. I love the song but for one month I couldn’t get it out. I even vomit because I was so worried I was going insane. I went to go see a dr and she said it was due to stress and to start mediating. Mediating did help a lot and I just breath through it the song and acknowledge it and it slowly disappeared .

      I tried cbd and it didn't really help. Some people know how to use it right though and it helps them.
