There is crafting in PoE2 Get Grey Item Essence Item Alteration and Annul until you have 2 dope mods. If you lose the essence, annul the other mod and essence again Greater Essence Exalt and Annul until you have 6 amazing mods, keeping the 2 essence mods you put on. If you lose either essence, get a new base and try again You do that 5 or 10 times before you find the nearest firearm and load it.
