After seeing this video, I managed to re- create the texture error on the walls, and re-mapped the textures on the internal walls, you will no longer have half finished stucco. There have been a few under the hood tweaks on meshes. Maybe celebrate with a feast for your followers, look for the washcloth on the dining room table. Also, you could perhaps re purpose that lower storeroom. Unroll the carpet and use the wood and boxes to build some furniture. There might be a hammer lying around just behind the door. I'd love if say off to the side of your secret entrance it had a place for a bathhouse, then to me this mod would be perfect. It's only missing a bathhouse/ or pool.
I love that the house does not have a TARDIS style interior! Everything seems to keep to the house's actual size as seen from the outside. The mod-maker doesn't even cheat with a cavernous catacomb of a basement.

Yes, the banners fit superb in the house. Aprospos, Inigo and Toilette - was in the Velothi Palace with him and he commented "There is no Toilette, here - you people are like ANIMALS!" *could not stop laughing, he is so cool!
You may want to do an update review! There's a new basement expansion, with more hammer type stuff! And I have been amazed by how much stuff does change even in the original. Collecting all of a set activates nifty things to the look.
What kind of airship is that luv? I like this mod. This is more like what a Thane should have in the city. Love what they did with it, giving it more of a Château feel. Thank you for this showcase
That is my standard Breezehome for quite a while now, with the added garden and all, as this serves well for the Thane and Dragonborn, and is not just some random crappy hut right at the gate.^^ Also got some mod ported from oldrim, that lets you spawn some guards (not to mention, that due some other mods, whiterun is already brimming with guards) so that i can have some for my home, as the old Breezehome Guards mod only works on the usual breezehome. And with the Attic turned to secondary Childsroom, i can support all the 5/6 most deserving kids too. Also its not too big inside compared to the outside and has some nice features, keeping the tradition of good, but not senselessly bloated BH-Mods (looking at you Elis Breezehome, Raven's Breezehome, Lupus Breezehome or all the TNF variants), that come with huge armories or pools you could drown the entire house in... oh btw: the Garden looks even better with JK's Skyrim also activated, as it has some added features on the Walls there then... i like to sit there from time to time and just enjoy life. :) and as you mentioned the banners and flag, i'd suggest to try out Ennead Banners, they are just awesome and so much better. www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10564 Thx Feb, keep it up, enjoying your Videos so far...to bad i did not know about you before the Millwater Mod that recently came out, but since then you got me subbed. :)
Lovely outside look (and outside garden), but inside it all seems a bit too all over the place, buggy too. One second we have a really nice, decorated room, the next its just crates everywhere, puzzling. The cabinet for unique items seems covered in some sort of plastic (?) which i believe was meant to be glass, the carpet under the dinner table seems bugged with how its just lifted up like that (you have it on display here too, at 2:17)...and it all just snowballed me right back into Ravens Breezehome, which i was trying to find competition for, i swear lol. Turn the kid beds into adult for followers, and its another 100 hours of skyrim at Ravens. Thanks for the video, knew it'd be Feb with proper coverage of the mod.
Aww thanks - sorry it didn't suit you but your choice of Ravens is a good one too - I loved that Ravens when I had it - now I've discovered the BYO Breezehome though, I'm currently loving that one!

You enjoyed Ravens too? its such a nice little place, i keep getting pulled back in like a cheap fridge magnet. Heh, here's a video of my basic mod list from last month when I started my new game: ruclips.net/video/Tqr0F10ACJc/видео.html Since then I've added a whole bunch more "must-have" mods, mainly recommends from my lovely viewers, which have really enhanced my life, such as Noble Skyrim, Ennead Banners 2K, Flower Fields, and Footprints - plus more. I hope this helps.
I'm new to Skyrim but have played FO4 extensively since it was released. The main issue I have with all the Mod Homes is the lack of connectivity between the storage for ingredients (ore, alchemy, cooking) and the workbenches. I can have a ton of ingots, or alchemy items in storage next to the forge or Alchemy station but unless those items are in my inventory, I can't create anything. I understand this is not included anywhere in Skyrim, and maybe I'm just spoiled from FO4 but it would greatly enhance the crafting/skill leveling process.
I understand, in EQ2 I can use all the components available in my Guildhouse chests which hold all my ingredients, without the need to have them in my inventory - maybe they'll implement something like that in ESVI - we can hope!:)
I would love to see this on console however there is probably too many things that won't port over very well. Although if someone did port it over I'd never use another breezehome mod.
great video , but sadly this mod would be wasted on me I just don't use breeze home . on a different topic do you know where the theifs guild and dark brotherhood stuff in the gallery are can not find for them life of me please?
Hey Woody - they're in the Hall of Secrets - if you look at your LotD Checklist in your Mod Configuration thingy you can go through the list and see where all the displays are - took me a while to figure it out too!
So I'm not entirely sure, could just be my load order, but I have a hovering door to Carlotta's old home in front of my Breezehome with JK's Whiterun, Dawn of Whiterun and Immersive Whiterun installed. Pretty sure it's JK's at the heart of it but I thought I'd put it out there. I shall let you know if it breaks anything if I just delete the door ;)
Also of major note, the Reborn version of the home is SSE only, kind of sad about that but still better than vanilla. Btw "disable" command worked just fine on the door.
It's not JK's and Dawn, both are patched. Almost certainly it is a conflict with "Immersive Whiterun". Just move Wind District Breezehome Reborn's .esp below it, and it should resolve. Check to see if "old" breezehome has a door, as that's what the floating door changes into to keep Carlotta and family going to their new location. Thank you for giving it a chance.
@@kyubitron300 Thanks I'm trying it out now. I know I checked the old house and all was good there. Carlotta and family were there and quite happy...none the wiser. Thanks for a great mod that makes things as they should have been from launch. Honestly I'm keeping it regardless.
Ugh, was in the pub in Dawnstar, couldn't fast travel out for there was a deadly dragon outside...pitch black night of coarse, nearly froze to death. One Would think I'd be smart enough to go to a previous save but no. I pushed Wind District Breezehome to the near bottom of my order just ahead of the patches and the door's gone. Carlotta's still works as advertised and now I have to go the long way to visit. Thank you Kyubitron for the unsolicited help. Just goes to show how much you care about the product in the can.
So I'm being to lazy to look, does this swap out the property ownership so when you purchase Breezehome this is what you get or do you end up with both?

Is that the LotDB v4 Dev Aveza or the v5? Have you seen the version 5 yet? You might want to do a video just on that.
